Madd Roofing & Generators

Madd Roofing & Generators operates out of Porter, Texas, and lists insulation contractor among its categories along with roofing contractor and electric generator shop. The company handles attic insulation, attic fan installation, roof ventilation, underlayment work, and generator installation and repair. Brandon Howard and Nick Ramirez handle many of the customer interactions, while crews manage the on-site work. The business also covers roof repair, shingle replacement, storm damage fixes, and full roof replacements in the Kingwood area.

Customers call for roof replacements on homes that have reached the 25-year mark or suffered hail damage, and they report crews finishing large or complicated roofs in one or two days. Reviewers mention Brandon Howard walking through options without pressure, Nick Ramirez documenting hidden issues like missing flashing before fixing them, and crews installing solar fans to cool attics. Generator jobs include whole-house installs, and some customers combine them with prior air conditioning work. Repairs for leaks get scheduled quickly, with flashing replacements completed the same day in several cases.

Work starts with same-day or next-day inspections after a call, and crews keep homeowners updated on weather delays or progress. Jobs run from early morning until dark when needed, with attention to protecting plants, air conditioning units, and pools during roof work. Cleanup receives frequent mention as thorough, leaving properties spotless. Service stays local to Porter and Kingwood, with financing and referral options noted on the company site.

All listed reviews give five-star ratings and highlight the same points: crews finish on time, communication stays clear throughout, and final results meet expectations on both roofing and generator projects. Brandon Howard and Nick Ramirez appear often as the contacts who stayed on site to answer questions and confirm details.

“We’ve used Madd Air for years for our AC service and repairs and had them install a whole house generator last year. This year we finally bit the bullet and decided it was time to replace our original 25 year old roof! Our roof is pretty large and complicated but the crew came out and finished the job in two days including cleanup! The new roof looks great and the entire crew was polite and professional. I would highly recommend all of the Madd family for your roofing, air conditioning, and home generator needs!”

“I bought my A/C from Madd Air about 5 years ago and I couldn’t be happier. They are the best company I have dealt with. I had a slight problem with my roof and Brandon came out and assessed the situation. David came today and made the repairs and another gentleman cleaned off my roof. All three were wonderful people to deal with. These people know what they are doing and there is never pressure from anyone. Great company. Great products. Great people.”

“We recently had our roof replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mr. Brandon Howard and his entire team were professional, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. Even though the project was delayed a few days due to bad weather, they kept us informed and got the job completed as quickly as possible once conditions allowed. The quality of the work is outstanding, and the house looks fantastic. What really impressed me was the attention to detail during cleanup. After the job was finished, they left the property spotless, which shows they truly care about their customers and their workmanship. “My existing roof was original to my home, getting older and time for replacement had Madd roofing come out and install my new roof which looks great. They installed a solar fan as well which helps keeps my attic cooler in the hot summer months and keeps electricity cost down, also had them extend my roof and back-porch out which transformed my whole back yard. Overall they did an amazing job couldn’t ask for a better experience”

“Called Sunday night and got a live person. She scheduled a Monday appointment to assess my roof leak. Next morning Charlie and Devin inspected and gave me options. We agreed on a price and by end of day all of my drain vent roof penetration flashing were replaced. Devin came by late afternoon and checked that the crew was doing well and to see if I had any questions. The crew did a great job and I am very satisfied with the results.”

“MADD roofing is really awesome, there honest and there word is solid. While replacing my roof they found problems that the original builders didn’t address or build properly. Plywood not fitting tight, missing flashing in spots causing leaks. Nick had his team take pictures of before the repair and after. All there team members were very polite to my family and me. I’m really pleased with MADD roofing. I recommend them to anyone.”

Can’t say enough good things about Charlie, Nick, Brandon and the entire team at Madd Roofing. Great experience.”
