“From the initial call and return phone conversation I had a good feel for what really is or can be confusing with all the insulation options. Good info and explained a lot in that call, seemed very down to earth and practical before coming out. Saved a bunch of time talking it over and deciding. Part of it is we have a mid 1960's home that has a odd shaped attic space with several different entry points and levels..a few are really quite difficult to access.
