“I have been so pleased with this company. My first experience with this business was an energy audit appointment. I believe the serviceman’s name was Paul. He was on time, very kind and professional and provided a very detailed report of our home energy positives and negatives, photos and descriptions of how it is affecting our bill. It was exactly what I was looking for to make improvements. There was absolutely no pressure to book a follow up appointment. Simply a kind request to reach back out to them if I had any questions or wanted to schedule later. A few weeks later, I decided to have them come back out and tackle one of the three items that was suggested. Again, my experience was great. Justin H. and another man I believe named Fernando, arrived on time and explained everything they were going to do during the appointment. They were very kind and professional. “Daryl was very nice . On time , clean and efficient . The only thing that threw me off was at first he said he was only gonna clean from the attic and didn't have to open each vent? I said oh that is not how it was described that you remove each vent and clean the outside as well. went to his truck then all of a sudden yes he is going to take each one off??? Also I was told they take before and after photos I would have liked to see them right when they were taken but he said he'll show me at end then when the end came I had to request them the next day because nothing came through and there is no way of telling which was a before or an after? They all look clean which tells me that we really didn't need to have them done even after 9 years ! We expected to see 2 inches of soot like an artery clogged like the advertisements show because I dust and 2 days later you would never know because of a film of dust on counters”

“Update: changing it to 1 star. The owner Paul just called to insist his guys didn’t do anything. The damage is all just a part of my imagination I suppose. I was okay with 2 stars because the job was complete but don’t call and harass me about my review. I paid the company in full, company didn’t help with the repairs, and I fixed the damages in my own. 1 STAR. Did an okay job minus the damage to my home. I had some insulation blown in. The do not pad any corners or edges. The hose will damage your edges and walls. I would recommend you pad the edges yourself before they do the job. I informed them about the damages but they still charges me full price for the services. They could have knocked a few bucks off for me having to repaint the areas and applying putty to all nicks. I only gave them 2 stars because they actually did the job. Won’t be using again for other services.”

“Strongly recommend getting an energy audit completed on your home, especially when it's complimentary, thank you, Paul! There were quite a few items that needed attention in our home. The technicians Justin and Fernando were solid. They arrived on time, did a great job, were polite, and were very clean. They took before and after pictures, which shows how much I needed the work done. We went with the insulation to ensure it was at least 18 inches, the duct sealing of the junction boxes and HVAC unit, and we had to reroute the bathroom vent. We even did the optional UV-C light, which makes us feel much safer and takes a load off, especially in this current environment of being conscious of germs and all. “Fantastic experience! They had excellent customer service staff, the technicians were here on time, explained the process to me and discussed prices as communicated over the phone, with all those taken cared of before start the job. They did a great job on the air duct cleaning, cleaned up nicely after the works were done, whole process took about 90 minutes for our 1 and half story home. We can tell they did a great job with the cleaning because even though they had suctions at the vent to catch the dirt, there's still a lot of dirt escaped the vent invisibly. We wiped the area close under the vents and there's lot of black dust. So we had been pretty happy with the overall experience. Keep up the good work!”
