“I had a great experience with Faulkner Pest Control, and I especially want to recognize Mr. Ray for his excellent service. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. He made the whole process feel much less stressful and made sure everything was taken care of properly. We really appreciated how friendly, respectful, and thorough Mr. Ray was. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and helping his customers. “Mr. Ray is a hero. I called him after seeing a snake hanging out of the siding of my house. He was calm and put me at ease over the phone. He arrived that day and spent significant time explaining everything and inspecting my property. He didn’t find the snake initially as the invader had left his hiding place. However, as he was preparing to leave, the snake attempted to return to the scene, and Mr. Ray swiftly captured and removed him. I was so relieved! Mr. Ray will be coming back out to help make my backyard as snake proof as possible, and I am forever grateful. Great company, very kind, and attentive!”

After calling 5 different pest control businesses and not getting the help I needed, I called Faulkner Pest Defense and Mr. Ray was so patient and helpful and assured me he would help me figure out my pest issue and resolve it. It was very easy to set up an appointment and he was very thorough in examining my home to find the culprits (something was biting me every night and no one else could figure out what was going on). He was able to identify the problem (mites) and went above and beyond to help me solve the issue. His pricing was reasonable and I felt confident in his ability to help me. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and to give me tips on how to prevent possible infestations in the future. He was available by text message also when I had questions after setting up my initial appointment. He also brought along with him such a friendly, positive attitude and positive energy. “I can’t begin to explain how much peace and relief Ray gave our family. We had raccoons for months and this other company was so horrible in conducting business. Ray came in as my last resort and was able to get a raccoon in less than 2 hrs and the rest were gone within the week. They dusted, sanitized and cleaned up our attic. “Ray came out after hours around 10 PM and still provided amazing service. They answered my call right away, gave me a quick quote and ETA, and even explained what to do until he arrived. Once here, he removed the SNAKE in less than 5 minutes and took the time to explain everything about it. I had called another company before, and their quote was $450 with the same ETA. Ray charged $250, which was very reasonable for the time and distance. He did an excellent job, and I definitely recommend Faulkner Pest Defense!”

“I had a mouse issue and called in Faulkner, they quickly assessed the situation, sealed access points, and set up bait stations and traps that completely controlled the situation. “It has been about 2 weeks since the bed bug spray treatment and seems to be working well. Called about 5 companies on a Saturday night before settling with Faulkner. Mainly for two reasons: Kim, the coordinator, and the reasonable price. Kim really listens and spends the time to explain the process and was very transparent. I think our chat must have lasted for about half an hour and that was in the middle of the night. Such a relief when I was at a total loss for I had never encountered bed bugs in my home or anybody else's. The service didn't stop there as the technician, Tristan, showed up on the same day, Sunday, and was very explicit in the process. His recommendations, physical assistance in helping me throw some of my heavier belongings, helped my neighbor who accidentally dropped his keys to his home from the dumpster and lastly, updated me through texts on the time that I could return home, really put me at ease. Oh, he is also very knowledgeable and absolutely honest. In a nutshell, Faulkner's management must have a good system put together to have service-oriented team members.
