What Customers Say
“They call me every single day about a house I don't own. Literally every single day, even on sundays. I block the number, and a different number calls me. Sometimes more than once in a day. I've asked every single time to remove me from their call list- but they continue calling. I'm absolutely fed up with this harassment and am now reporting them to BBB and office of the Attourney General. Edit: They're still calling me, even confirmed the business and location with the guy who called me twice today- who got mad and started yelling at me for asking to stop calling. I don't even own a home in Round Rock. When they call me tomorrow I'll just say "yes please climb all over my roof and give me a quote." This is absolutely ridiculous.”
“I get text messages from this company all the time. I do not know how they got my phone number. I have asked to be removed. It doesn't happen, so I began reporting every contact (by them) to the FTC.gov site”
“Armando did a great job on my roof, would definitely recommend!”
“Susan's account sounds accurate to me. I just got a call from Angel who hung up on me after I asked him how he got my phone number. STOP CALLING PEOPLE AND GETTING MAD THAT THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO SOLICIT THEM! And stop hanging up on people, Angel.”
“Continuous telephone solicitation even after being told a number of times to remove me from their list”
“I keep getting spam messages from this company when I don’t even own a house nor ever have.”
“Solicits completely unprompted, nags me non-stop. I don’t need a new roof but when I do, I will not use someone so disrespectful of my time.”
“This trash company keeps spam texting me even after dozens of times of telling them to stop.”
“DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY”
“Don't solicit people on the do not call list”
“Do not call and ask how old my roof is and then hang up on me because I won't tell you.”
“Very good work indeed in Texas roofing by Rufero”
