“There are not enough words to express what an extraordinary job the guys did in cleaning our AC unit, vents, and ducts. They were very informative throughout the entire process. They showed me pictures of everything before I committed to the services. They took their time to clean thoroughly when they were done. John was the technician who came to our home, and he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with our system. Another company had told us we needed a full system replacement, but John was able to diagnose the issue accurately and complete the necessary repair instead. This saved us from an unnecessary and costly replacement at this time, which we really appreciated. Our home cooled back down quickly after the repair, and everything is working as it should now. “Great service. I found the coupon in the Valpak for air duct vacuuming. Decided to do it because I have bad allergies, and I wasn’t sure when the house had it done last. First appointment was set immediately after contacting them, then deposit had to be paid before they would proceed. However, once they receive the deposit, the appointment was set quickly, and they showed up to get the job done. There was a slight hiccup as a fuse was blown that affected the air from coming back on after they left, but they wasted no time in sending someone back out (within a couple hours later) to have a look. I would definitely recommend them for your air duct cleaning needs. The guys were very friendly and respectful of my space. They did not have a problem with explaining every step.”

“This was the most delightful, efficient experience I have had with a company in a long, long time. First, I was surprised when I called yesterday and got an appointment today. Then, they actually texted me and shortened their 4 four window to 2 hours and arrived on time with notification of being enroute. The technician was professional in his approach and analysis of my system and headed off what could have become a problem during my system's life cycle. He explained what he was doing and, invited me to observe. (No cloak and dagger here.) My house is already cooler and more importantly, I have peace of mind that the system is performing as it should. Looking forward to my fall check up. Thank you Elite. “Very poor service. I had them come out three times to clean the air ducts and they still didn't do the job. Large chunks of debris were still coming out of all the ducts after they left. This first crew did not clean up after themselves and dumped the vent debris on the floor and put the couch back over some of it. They left the damper closed on the duct line that they used to clean the plenum with so no air was flowing from that duct. They left the attic access open when they left and left the moldy vent debris all over the carpet. When I turned the HVAC unit on after they left debris started coming out and this caused mold debris to be spread all over the house. I called them back and the 2nd crew came out and they had good customer service, cleaned up after themselves, and recleaned the vents. However, when they left I inspected the ducts from up in the attic found there were two vents that they only cleaned about 10 feet of the 20 foot length of the duct. See photo taken after they came for the 2nd time. Looks like their RotoBrush doesn't like to go past a 45 degree turn. I called them back and they came out the 3rd time. They tried cleaning the two missed vents the final time ”

“I had a disappointing experience with Elite Clean & Restoration. The initial interaction seemed promising, but things quickly became frustrating once the service process started. Communication was inconsistent, and I had to follow up several times just to get updates about scheduling and what to expect.When the work was done, it didn’t feel as thorough as it should have been. Some areas looked like they were overlooked, and the overall result didn’t match what was discussed beforehand. It gave the impression that the job was rushed rather than carefully completed also expected better transparency when it came to the service details and pricing. There were a few things that weren’t clearly explained, which made the experience even more frustrating.After the service, I reached out with concerns, but getting a clear and helpful response was difficult. Overall, the quality, communication, and follow-up support did not meet expectations. I would recommend considering other options if you’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented service.”

“First, of all when John came out I thought he was going to be the person to install the units. He was only a salesperson for Elite Clean & Restoration and I only agreed because a long time friend referred John to me. She said they did an awesome job for her. So I agreed to let them installed two new a/c unit also two new furnace on May 20. On June 6, I discovered that water was leaking from the ceiling upstairs in the attic. This is from one of the New Units. I called Elite left a message regarding the problem. The came out on Monday morning early to evaluation the situation. The tech said that it was the PVC pipe had a crack/hole in it and he wasn't for sure how that happen. Well.. I didn't have a problems with my PVC pipe or any leaks coming from my ceiling before you guys came out to install these units. So now I have water damage in the ceiling, plus it's the ceiling is starting to split. Spoke with the owner Tony and he informed me that the good thing is that you are still under warrant. He said that they would take care of the problem and not to worry. Well, two days later I had to call again because the same unit shout off and wouldn't come back on. They came o”

“Braydon and Ishmael were here bright and early to take care if our ducts that were in desperate need of cleaning. They were patient with me wrangling cats from room to room and still got the job done pretty quick. They made sure plastic covered anything newr the vents and got the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. Braydon showed me how to spot mold on the boots so we can stay ahead of that in the future (as much as one can in Texas weather). The AC tune-up was fast and they even swapped my filter I had bought while they were in the attic to save me the trouble.”

“Ishmael Jordan and Andrew came out with Elite Clean I was super happy with work until they got to vent I told them was caulked on and need to cut I got huge tear out that could have been avoided. The cleaning was awesome and would have them out again if there was a need. Update Tony wants to make good for the mistake and insisted on cleaning dryer vent. Great rebound Elite Clean. Thanks.!!”
