“Set appointment for Tuesday o7/23/24 5-8pm.Cust service called to verify that morning. Later in the day customer Svc called again asking if tech could come around 3pm? I explained no one home until 4pm I was told techy would be out at 4 After waiting for tech to show I called and was told my appointment cancelled until next day. This company not all together Glad I did not use their Svc. Sounds very unorganized Not sure the quality of work would be. As professional Thumbs down 👎”

“I am having an issue with a blocked air duct. I called and made an appointment for them to come out. They gave me an estimate over the phone of $1200. I told them that estimate is really high when you have not even inspected to see what the problem might be. I told them I have another company coming out and to please cancel my appointment. He became very rude and said go with another company then that's fine and hung up on me.”
