“Our AC unit controller circuit board died the day before the hottest day of the year. Air Monkey (Hunter) helped me start testing right away, got to our house very quickly, persevered to diagnose and pushed the vendor for escalated and accelerated warranty service. He kept me informed throughout and got me the fastest possible fix. He also made sure it was a solid repair. The service team and manager were supportive and flexible to get our family back into our house asap. Overall, another great interaction with a great company. Thanks Hunter, Tyler and team!”

“Excellent service and price! My A/C went out on a Monday afternoon and after my regular A/C guy couldn't make it by the same day to take a look, I called Air Monkey. Tyler answered right away and said he could have someone by that day. He sent over a fantastic technician named Colby who showed up within a couple hours from my call. Colby diagnosed the issue as low refrigerant due to a leak in my system (this put a block of ice over my evaporator coil blocking air from flowing though). Because of the age of my unit and because the original refrigerant in my unit is difficult to get, I opted for a complete replacement of the evaporator coil (inside unit) and condenser (outside unit). The next day, at 10 a.m., Colby returned with a couple extra hands and they had my new units installed and running by 2:30 p.m., (only about 24 hrs since my initial call to Air Monkey). The new A/C system got my house cooled down within hours and we've been living in the often overlooked and underappreciated luxury of well-running A/C since that day! “I had my share in ln 3 years and 3 full replacement ac and heater system . I am paying for all due to bad installation the warranty is no good. So I am at a loss. I could detail more information but space is limited here. I know I payed for in full out of pocket. It is disappointed to discover that warranty won’t cover anything due to bad installation. 2 units air monkey ac installed the third time around I had to hire other installer company. Since I am at loss with thousands in dollars already.”

I had a cracked drain pan and my unit was only 10 years old but if I just placed the coil i would have been replacing the whole unit in about 5 years.
