Azure Pools & Outdoor Living

Azure Pools & Outdoor Living runs out of Allen and handles pools, spas, masonry, landscaping, remodeling and outdoor structures. Jaime runs the family operation with his crew and son Matt Fernandes on site. They take on full backyard builds that include covered patios, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, rock work, lighting, waterfalls and basketball courts along with pool and spa installs.

Homeowners describe crews led by Jaime and Carlos starting on time and finishing in roughly three months. One backyard went from bare ground to a full pool, spa, kitchen and patio setup with no one on site to watch every day. Another job added a pergola with lights, landscaping and a waterfall while the crew kept the yard clean each evening. Rock work came out clean enough that neighbors asked for the same crew, and small scope changes never turned into extra charges.

Jaime stays on every job checking progress and answers calls and texts the same day. He lives nearby so he shows up often and works directly with the crew instead of handing jobs off. The company covers the Allen and Dallas area with regular hours and takes on both residential and commercial work. Reviewers note the same team returns for follow up fixes when anything needs adjustment after the main build.

Eight reviews all rate the work at five stars with repeated notes on honesty, hands on involvement from the owner and clean finished yards that hold up after years of use. Google lists a 4.8 rating for the business.

“Jaime, Carlos, and the entire Azure Pools crew… where do I even start?! We dreamed about building our pool for almost four years, so choosing the right company was a big decision. From day one, Jaime listened to what we wanted, understood our vision, and was willing to work with our budget. What I appreciated most was that we were never passed from person to person, Jaime and Carlos were involved throughout the entire process, and their crew was amazing. They started May 30th and, in about three months, completely transformed our backyard. I was even away for part of the project, and they continued to do right by us when no one was watching. That says so much about their integrity and the way they run their business. The end result is more beautiful than we imagined. After four years of dreaming, we finally have our backyard, and we couldn't be happier! Thank you, Jaime, Carlos, and the entire Azure Pools crew for bringing our vision to life! We are truly grateful. Highly recommend Azure Pools! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This company is amazing. They just built our pool patio cover and outdoor kitchen! I can’t say enough amazingly wonderful things about this company, the guys that work for him and Jaime the owner! Jaime was great and was always here checking on the progress and very easy to work with! The guys that were here everyday building everything were the BEST! I would give this company all the stars in the world if I could. You will NOT be disappointed at all to use Azure Pools!!”

“Jaime and his crew built an incredible covered patio and kitchen. Rock work done by true artists and not average crew. 5 years and we have used it extensively. No issues. Have referred this company to three friends and all have selected Azure to build their patios. One is now using them for their new pool. Honest company who went the extra mile for us.”

“We had a wonderful experience with this company. They not only did our pool, but also built a pergola with lights, and created a backyard paradise with landscaping, lights, and waterfall. The workers kept everything clean throughout the process, and the entire team was professional and courteous. Several of our neighbors have used this company as well. Jaime, the owner, lives in the area, so he was very hands-on. We will use them again for future projects. Highly recommend!”

“From the beginning to the end of the process it felt that we were dealing with close personal friends. I knew we had picked the right builder when I first met Jaimes Fernandes from Azure Pools. Jaimes, all the crew and his son Matt Fernandes did an outstanding job (art) in our backyard building our dream pool and outdoor kitchen. We would and already have recommended Azure Pools to our friends and family.”

“Jaime and Azure Pools are amazing. We interviewed over 6 builders. None of which felt as honest as jaime. He's accommodating and goes the extra mile. He didn't nickel or dime on small changes in scope. He's committed to the customer experience and always responds to phonecalls and texts. We built a pool/spa, outdoor kitchen, covered patio, pergola and basketball court for us. Turned out beautiful. If something wasn't right he fixed it. He's like family now. He's doing three of the neighboring pools now as well. We are very happy with Azure.”

“Jaime and his crew were fantastic! His team transformed our backyard into a relaxing retreat. Would definitely recommend them to our friends.”

“Best pool builder in dfw area so far”
