“Happy with the irrigation services provided. Returned my call shortly after leaving a message. Was quickly able to establish a time for repair. Arrived promptly to that time. Openly listen regarding the complications I was experiencing. Evaluated and tested the system output. Explained the issues and what actions would be required for resolving the issue. Addressed the issue in a timely manner. We did not pre-discuss the price of repair but I found his charges to be within reason. He stated to call if any further issues arrived. I noticed the next day one sprinkler head was not spraying, called, and they satisfied the issue the very next morning. As he stated, “any issues” hereafter with my irrigation system I will be calling Anchor Irrigation”

“I met Zach by accident! My neighbor was having tree's removed. The contractor without my knowledge or permission tied to my tree the fall of my neighbors tree? The tree fell onto my property. Out come: The fallen tree crushed a sprinkler station, controls, valve, wires and connecting water lines(the green cover was clearly visible). Hence, I was introduced to Zach through the tree service contractor. Zach was amicable toward resolving this surprise damage to my sprinkler system!
