“I really like this place! Going to renew my lease just finished my first year. The hot water never runs out (on demand hot water) and it seems the community is nice (mostly retired). Office staff is very helpful (Lorena is always very friendly and prompt to help) and maintenance has been quick to fix my issues. 10/10 for the price and location.”

“So im writing this to help some else out. Please do not rent here and waste your time. The lady in the front office gave me a good deal, told me there was good maintenance when she gave me a tour and made everything sound nice.( knowing I was about to give birth soon as she asked how far along I was and I said 8 months and she said she was so excited for us to move in) then comes our move in date we went around and checked the apartment, ceiling fans did not work, lights in one room did not work, some of the kitchen cabinets were soft and about to collapse, drains were all clogged, and notice ac in one bedroom wasn’t working. We called maintenance they didn’t come till the next month and when they did it was always different guys, no uniforms, no name tags, no tools, and would just say they will come back next week cause they have to order a part. (Which they never came back and marked eveything on the app as completed). One day we woke up and there was a snake in our apartment, I called the office they didn’t answer the first time called back and she didn’t say much so that was a waste of time. Then our floor started leaking, our ceiling started leaking and dishwasher starting le”

“1/10 . Do not recommend Kingston Port. Maintenance here is honestly pretty bad. Requests either get ignored or take months to get done! even after calling more than once. It feels like unless you keep bothering them nothing really happens. I’ve also spoke with a few other residents out of curiosity and a LOT of them are also dealing with the same thing!! Maintenance requests just aren’t getting done. OR they’re just left half done for a long time. I’ve also seen one of the old maintenance guys just sitting in his maroon truck for HOURS at a time during the work day, doing nothing. One day, I came out like 3 or 4 different times over about a 4 hour period to walk my dog. And literally every single time he was still sitting there parked in the same spot in his truck. Such a bad look on the company can’t lie. Overall it just feels like things don’t get taken care of properly here. I am so over it. If you’re thinking about moving here just to let you know it can be REALLY HARD to get anything fixed in a reasonable time!! Maintenance is beyond frustrating here. I will say Morgan and Lorena are awesome though. They have both been so kind, patient, and very helpful with all my concerns ”

“Have lived at this property since about April 2024. The management has changed CONSTANTLY and with each new owner no signs of improvements have came. Work orders take forever or are sometimes never acknowledged. There is mold in several units and I have even seen tenants have to vacate units due to this problem. The inside has bubbles of water trapped within the walls and there is moisture damage to a lot of the kitchen appliances. My cabinets routinely rotted because of the water and fell apart in my hands. There is a huge issue in most of the building 10 apartments where ventilation will not reach one of the rooms and as a consequence you will be burning inside that room for most of the year, it took about 6 months of bartering back and forth with management to finally receive a window unit which somewhat helped the situation. The new management is rude and argumentative to most tenants, many tenants will speak of how rude and unprofessional the new management is. The pool is closed most of the year and people usually just through the laundry window to even get into pool grounds, and even then the pool is usually filled with leafs. The parking absolutely stinks and there is many”

“I just moved in I got to say the front office is fantastic the ladies in the front have helped me with anything I have needed or had questions about they are on point and prompts you getting back to you I do appreciate everything they have done so far and making it such a good first week there was a little minor incident with an outlet but they are on it and getting to it and I have let me know all my information they are not leaving me in the dark like some places I have lived before or just not getting back to me they have been on point about everything I appreciate both the ladies in the front and the maintenance man for doing what they need to do to let me know that they care about their place of work and play I live. Also the place was so magnificently clean when I came I am so particular about that thing but whoever the cleaning lady is she did amazing there was no dust know nothing all the shells even inside all the cabinets behind the refrigerator everything was clean and believe me I make sure. there is nothing to worry about when I moved in just a couple of details that they are completely taken care of other than that great place cannot wait to spend the rest of the time”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. Kingston Port Apartments is by far the most disgusting place I’ve ever lived. The walls are literally filled with mold, and management/maintenance knows about it but chooses to do nothing except slap paint over it and pretend it’s “fixed.” The smell seeps through, the air feels damp and gross, and it’s impossible to ignore. The pool and laundry facilities? Infested with cockroaches. You can’t even wash your clothes without seeing roaches crawling around, and the pool area is no better—completely unsanitary and embarrassing for a complex that people pay actual money to live in. Management is fully aware of these issues and simply does not care. They do the bare minimum to cover things up instead of addressing them, all while collecting rent from tenants who are forced to live in these horrible conditions. Do yourself a favor—avoid this place at all costs. It’s gross, unhealthy, and not worth a single penny”

“This is a little gem of a complex. The outside looks a little rough but the units are big, Management and repairmen are nice and so are the tenants. Its a peaceful place to stay that doesn't cost too much. Update: Peace only lasts for so long. Unfortunately people's cars have been broken into lately. If you rent here don't rent by the front as this community isn't gated and people are able to get in and out easily. People who rent here are good though and look out for one another. Additional update: Moving soon. While the management here is amazing and so is the maintenance crew they can only do so much with what they have. The building is old and comes with pest and A/C issues. I've been battling roaches coming out of the walls/outlets/dishwasher/sinks and I'm so tired. I've been through multiple cleanouts, spray appointments and they aren't going away. MGMT & maintenance will do all they can to help with it but it's still an issue between the old building, the birds, their excrement, and the trees around don't help the problem. If you are new to the city, Corpus in general has a big issue with roaches.. If you don't currently have infested stuff I would watch where you rent an”

“Such a beautiful apartment complex with even more beautiful management. I went apartment shopping and found myself visiting this complex where I was greeted by Lorena who works in the leasing office. Lorena made my experience just absolutely amazing as well as Stefanie by providing the best service and information regarding the community and complex. I would highly recommend living here if you are looking for an apartment with management that will make you feel seen and heard.”

“They have rats in unit, water leaks, maintenance does not ever come even though situation has been addressed. There are water leaks creating mold. Management needs to be under investigation. Poor living environment. I wish my lease would end sooner.”

Great staff and whenever I have work orders , they’ll get done quick with no issues. Gave them five stars just because I can’t give them more!”

“I have lived here for several years and have had the best experience. In the first place the manager is so great! She always takes care of everything I need promptly. Maintenance is always there to fix everything that is in disrepair and the apartment complex is very clean. I wish I could stay here forever. “If I could give this place negative stars I would. my AC was broken over a year and they claim it isn't. Living in 80 to 85 temp during summer heat. My balcony is leaning and falling apart. Water damage. The manager of the property Stephanie will have attitude then cry(so unprofessional) and the maintenance has no idea what they are doing. DO NOT LIVE HERE. It was so bad code enforcement came to my property after calling the city and they were even shocked at the condition of the apartment. He also told me himself they get A LOT of complaints from the residents here. Save yourself the literal nightmare of this place is.”

“I loved these apartments. I spent 2 1/2 years here and loved every moment. Management and maintenance and super helpful and friendly. Due to extenuating circumstances I had to move. But if it wasn’t for that I would have stayed longer. Cindy and Melissa are amazing!”

“These people like to leave you with a broken down apartment. Will not hold up their end of the lease. And yet not let you break your lease when they neglect maintenance. They say that maintenance is certified when they are not. The proof is in their work or lack of work shall I see. Even when cleaning the pool they leave chemicals everywhere putting children at risk. This is a very unsafe property. For adults and kids.”

“A simple truthful review. You will have consistent maintenance issues and when you call in a maintenance issue to the office you will be waiting months for them to actually fix something. I've had constant air conditioning issues, plumbing issues, electrical issues, etc. The staff in the office is rude about 90% of the time and makes it pretty clear that they could care less about the tenant experience while leasing. The property was recently bought out and the rent will be going up as well. Listen, I am finishing off my last lease here and would say from one human to another, you can do better just about anywhere else. If there were any advantages to considering living here, I would mention them. Wish I would have seen a review like this before I decided to rent here. Have talked to a few neighbors and its apparent that I am not the only one who is extremely unsatisfied.”

“I needed a place to move into on very short notice. The manager was sweet and understanding. She got me set and approved within the same day. I have since moved in with no issues the apartments are quiet clean and super affordable. No complaints here”

“constant need for repairs. hot water goes out at least once a month and the ac struggles to keep the place 76°. floods so bad when it rains and you need a lifted car to use the parking lot edit after maybe a month and a half: still no hot water. weve stopped using the ac and brought our bill from 300+ to just about 80, just from the ac being on and not cooling. just after my mom left for work some "workers" came in without notice and started drilling for about 5 minutes than left. if i could rate no stars i would. its hard to feel safe here”

“I thought it was a decent price for what you get. And the front desk lady was really good and professional. I decided not to move forward because of bad reviews here. I take reviews very seriously and I just can’t be in somewhere with bad maintained cultures !”
