Elite Sprinkler Services

Elite Sprinkler Services handles irrigation work around Cypress, Texas, as a family-owned outfit based in nearby Katy since 2016. Chris Smith runs the crew and they focus on sprinkler and head repair, valves pipes and leaks, controllers with smart Wi-Fi setups, evaluations and maintenance, new system installs, outdoor lighting, and drainage fixes. They hold a licensed irrigator number, carry insurance and bonding, and stick to flat-rate pricing with same-day options when jobs come in.

Homeowners call them for low pressure problems, cut lines after landscaping, bad controller modules, and full system diagnostics that have sat broken for years. Jose often shows up to trace the issues, explains the fixes in plain terms, and gets the heads and valves running right without extra work. Chris and crews like Juan and Cesar handle the same jobs, walking through each repair so the system ends up stronger than before, whether it is a quick module swap or a full pressure check across multiple zones.

They book appointments online or by text and confirm fast, with techs arriving on time or early across Katy, Cypress, Fulshear, Richmond, Sugar Land, Jersey Village, The Woodlands, and Memorial. Reviewers note clear upfront costs, no pressure to add services, and direct explanations of what broke and why the price fits. The same-day response and honest assessments keep people coming back for inspections or new fixes instead of shopping around.

Excellent service, great communication, and a job well done. Highly recommended.”

“My front lawn’s sprinklers stopped working correctly after recent landscaping work was completed, and I suspected a cut water line or cut control wire, but irrigation systems are not my forte. Chris was easy to work with scheduling my appointment, Jose and his teammate arrived a little ahead of schedule, and diagnosed and fixed my issues quickly. Very reasonable up front pricing and skilled, knowledgeable, and very personable staff add up to a winning solution. I won’t call anyone else but Elite.”
