“A++, highly recommended and trusted. My opinion, look no further if you need help with your irrigation system. Carlos, Nelson and their entire crew are world class. I needed a foundation drip irrigation system installed, but also have had other issues in our sprinkler setup since we bought our home. I also noticed water pooling on top of our sprinkler valve box and assumed nothing urgent. Carlos and Nelson came to give me an estimate within 30 minutes of my call on the drip irrigation. When I mentioned the water on the valve box, they were concerned and didn't let it wait, though hey had a job to get to. Immediately checked our meter and confirmed an active leak, siphoned off the water and turned the valve off immediately until they could come back. This alone impressed me, not an ask for money or otherwise, but considerate and did the right thing for my family. Real care and professionalism from our first interaction. I literally messaged them this morning around 8 am, they were at my house 45 minutes later, and fixed multiple things that were affecting my sprinkler system. I was even more impressed with the integrity. I fully expected to hear that I needed to replace at least 2 valves, turned out I didn’t need to replace either of them. These guys quickly diagnosed the issue with both valves and they fixed them immediately. I had them change out some additional sprinkler heads too, they dig up some grass, put it back down in a way that you couldn’t even tell work was done, and adjusted multiple other sprinkler heads.
