“We recently hired Land Care Landscape Management for a flower bed stone border project at our home in the Dallas area, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, the entire process was seamless and professional. Zac Gibson and his crew were absolutely amazing. Zac went above and beyond in managing the project, ensuring every detail was handled with care and expertise. They showed up right on time both days, worked efficiently, and completed the project exactly as promised. The edging with Oklahoma Natural Slabs turned out even better than we had expected—the borders look clean and beautifully integrated into our landscape. The quality of the workmanship, attention to detail during material installation, and thorough cleanup left our property looking fantastic. We are extremely pleased with how everything came together and are so glad we selected Land Care for this job. They truly delivered outstanding service at a fair price. “Land Care Management Services went above and beyond my expectations! I had the pleasure of working with one of the Sr Business Development staff members (Cody). Once I reached out, he was able to swing by my house to brainstorm with me on what I wanted to do with my backyard. He carefully listened to the several ideas that I had. He gave me the pros and cons for all of my ideas and helped me understand what would help me with resale value, what would make the most sense for what I wanted to do and never sold me on something that I didn't want. The turnaround time for the 3D Design was extremely quick and helped me visualize exactly what I had requested. Once the labor work started, the construction folks, the painters and the electrician were all top-notch. They did great work, they were professional and very respectful. Throughout the entire process, Cody kept me updated on timelines, progress, and answered all my questions. The finished product is AMAZING! The 3D model looked great but when I saw the finished product, it went way above and beyond my expectations. “Land Care was highly recommended by our pool company Gold Medal Pools. We were told they would do an excellent job at a fair price. That’s exactly what happened. Cody did a great job of listening to what we wanted and designing a back yard that fit our style. They do what they say they will do on time, in budget and with high quality service. If you have any issues they will correct the problem immediately and correct the issue appropriately. “Highly recommend Landcare Management. I had a sprinkler issue in my backyard where the valves were leaking and flooding the area around my back patio. I called Landcare and they came out immediately and resolved the issue. They replaced the valves and repaired the grass area. The service was outstanding. They went above and beyond and checked out my entire sprinkler system to make sure everything was in great working order. Even replaced a few sprinkler heads to make sure my lawn was getting the best coverage it could get. They are true professionals and experts in this space. Their reps and employees on the job were able to provide insight into the particular systems in place from older built homes to newer, and gave best practices to maintain the system throughout different seasons. “Customer for three years. We have been more than patient considering the company basically ruined our front yard when they planted rye grass two winters ago, which killed off all of our St. Augustine and we have had to contact them on numerous occasions in the fall to come buy to clear out the leaves from the yard. Very frustrating, but we stuck with them in spite of their incompetence. What leads me to post this review is the CEO/Owner sending a cancellation of service notice to us this afternoon on the day they were supposed to show up to perform services stating that they have better commercial opportunities. We pay close to $450/month for landscaping services, which is frankly way more than they deserve based on the quality of services they provide, or lack thereof. I honestly have no issue with someone wanting to maximize their financial opportunity, but you would think they would provide some reasonable notice period instead of simply not showing up and sending an email that afternoon cancelling services. Pathetic business practices and I will certainly make sure anyone who inquires about landscaping companies knows this is a group to avoid.”

“I can't even give this place a one star, but it won't let you post the review with out it. I wasted $3000. using this company and I will never use them again All the sod they replaced is dead. It was full of army moths, and didn't even make it through the winter. They broke a sprinkler head and wouldn't replace it and no guarantees if the stuff died. DONT use this place. I'm sure there are better choices than this company. They are not knowledgeable about care and maintenance, and probably shouldn't even be in the sod business. Extremely angry and VERY disappointed. I don't want others to go through this, be smart and use someone else for your sod needs. I would fine it hard to believe these other comments on here rating such high service are actual clients.”

“They recently broke the window of our house. Took 3 days for someone to call back. They denied any wrong doing of course, but did it in a disrespectful and unnecessarily rude manner. This company doesn't deserve yours or anyones business.”
