“Amazing. Visit this place if you want an awesome yard and great service. Appreciate your help Cameron and the other guy (can’t remember name sorry!!) who knows a TON about plants — which was also super helpful. It’s hard up keeping your yard in TX and these guys make it easy. THANK YOU!! Photo attached isn’t final but wow huge difference from the mud hole it used to be. Thanks again!”

“I bought some stone to build a stone flowerbed wall. It turned out great and is still in great condition. Strong material and wonderful staff! They helped me load up and gave me a great price”

“Best prices in the DFW area!! Outdoor Warehouse Supply will forever be my go-to for all my rock needs. Conner was helpful and soo courteous. He took great time to look up my address on satellite to see exactly where i needed the order dropped off. The delivery driver was polite too and kept me updated on the delivery time. Thanks y'all!! My backyard is starting to shape up. (Natural gravel. Small).”

“The price of the product was competitive. The delivery of the product was on the date promised. The delivery driver, Patrick, was experienced knowledgeable and pleasant. The only issue I had was that more of the Flagstone was cracked than I thought would be. This turned out to actually suit my project, but if you require larger 50 or 60 pound pieces, that should be a discussion hat upfront. Otherwise, I would do business with them again.”

“Purchased bulk native texas stone and mulch from Plano outdoor warehouse supply. Very happy with quality and price. Fast delivery. Everyone in warehouse and delivery driver super friendly and a pleasure to work with, highly recommend!”

“Great place to get construction, yard materials. They will deliver for a few as well if you can't take it yourself. The guy at the front desk was super nice and answered all the questions. Also, delivery guy was super professional and made sure where we wanted to drop the material. I'll use them again.”

“This establishment is an excellent source for materials tailored to both professional contractors and residential projects. Whether you're working on large-scale construction or enhancing your outdoor landscaping, this place has everything you need to bring your vision to life. Highly recommended for its quality and variety! Thanks Mikey Sipin .”

“Our go to location for flagstone and river rock in Lewisville. From the moment you step out of your vehicle, Justin, Brennan and every team member will provide you outstanding customer service! They listened to what we needed to complete our project, then helped us pick and load the perfect flagstone and river rock. Need a timely delivery at a reasonable price... no problem. The day prior to our delivery, a customer service representative confirmed a 2 hour delivery window. Their team members delivered our stone and sand at the very beginning of the delivery window. March 2025 update. To show what can be done in narrow areas, we added some before and after photos of our side yard.”

“We were referred out here by a neighbor who has white stones or white rocks in her yard that looks absolutely amazing. Upon getting here I did notice that they had a broad array of landscaping and outdoor supplies, initially you would think that they were like really expensive but it's actually quite affordable. We worked with Chad who was amazing, we had no idea how many rocks we needed but he helped us lay out the format of what we were planning to do in my mom's yard and were able to come up with the exact amount of rocks that we needed he was very helpful in the selection and planning even when we changed it a few times he never got tired, he was very accommodating so if you have to go out here absolutely ask for Chad he was so nice and helpful.”

“I was delivered a lot of mud with the rock I received. My customer wasn’t very happy with it. Your people got ahold of me and made it right by bringing another yard and a half. We filled in the rest very nicely. Thank you so much!!!!”

“Horrible customer service by the loader guy I went there a few weeks ago and he was so mean and aggressive against me and my crew picking up stone very unpleasant visit I will never visit this place again I been to so many stone places before and none of them treated me this bad all of them had good customer service compared to here”

“Great variety and pricing, along with delivery which is very helpful. I was able to set everything up through text which made the whole process easier. Will be using again for all our landscape and stone needs.”

“Highly recommend. Great experience. Excellent customer service. Alec H. was very knowledgeable and helped us with process of having Texas brindle river rocks delivered. Smooth transaction. Delivery driver was fast & efficient.”

“I purchased 2 pallets of inch minus flagstone on 4/17/25 and the one pallet isn't usable. They don't stand behind the products that they sale. I have purchased many pallets of inch minus flagstone from other vendors and have never had this type of experience. I understand that there will be breakage during transport, but the the flagstone that Outdoor Warehouse Supply in Lewisville sold me is just bad quality. They tried to justify that what I purchased is normal. Nearly the entire pallet of the flagstone is delaminating or just crumbles in your hands. I offered multiple times to bring the flagstone back for them to look at how bad it is, but they had no interest. So now I have to go buy another pallet of flagstone because I can't use what I purchased from OWS. I asked to talk to the Owner, but was told that they reviewed my ask and they couldn't help me. I don't like giving businesses bad reviews, but the fact that they wouldn't even look the flagstone I purchased to see for their own eyes, leaves me no choice. Buyer beware.”

“A great place for gardening supplies! I have a small backyard and recently added some potted plants to spruce it up. The potting soil I got here has really helped my plants thrive. Chad was able to assist me with my purchase and seemed very knowledgeable. I’ll keep coming back here!”

“Great service from initial order thru delivery. Communication was great. Very professional and the product is exactly what I ordered. Will use Outdoor Warehouse again. Thanks!”

“This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered mulch from Outdoor Warehouse Supply. They are all professional and friendly to work with. I was notified 30-45 minutes before delivery from the driver arrived. I will definitely use again.”

“Marcus’ customer service was top notch. He went above and beyond what was necessary to safely unload the dump truck pebbles to my driveway. Thank you Marcus.”

“Great company to deal with from start to finish. I called with the measurements of the area I wanted covered, and they delivered exactly what I needed. Marcus, the gentleman who delivered the stone, was very professional and put the stone right where I wanted it. How can you beat that!”

“2nd time ordering from these guys and it seems to get better every time. Very friendly, helpful in choosing the right products and super communicative in the ordering and delivery process. All around great experience and they will be our go-to for outdoor projects going forward.”
