“I was driving on the south loop 289 and a A.B. “ road work ahead “ sign was leaning into the way of traffic. I could not slow down nor merge into another lane given other vehicles were around me and I did want to cause an accident so I scooted over as much as possible in my lane. After A.B. did there “investigation” they concluded they are not at fault for there sign leaning into the lane of traffic. Nocking off my driver side mirror. They said the correct protocol of weight was on the sign. And it was a “ ACT OF GOD” they moved the sign Over.”
