“I called The GO Company because of the reviews and they were excellent. From the initial call with the young lady on the phone to the end results, I have zero complaints. I called late in the afternoon and I wanted to upgrade my hot water heater from a 30 gallon to a 50 gallon. The young lady needed measurements to ensure it would fit in the designated area and I advised it would probably be after 5 before I could get her that information. She told me no problem that she would respond and she did. The day of my appointment, Mark, called before hand to ensure the time was still convenient for me and gave his estimated arrival time. Him and Manuel were on time, super professional, kind, and answered all my questions with more patience than I probably deserved. They stayed on task, worked very well together with Manuel anticipating anything Mark might need, and cleaned up behind themselves. I couldn't have imagined a better experience!
