“Incredible service from the start - we ended up having an unexpected project of foundation needing to be done prior to what we asked of IBCO Builders and they were very pleasant to work with & patient to work around my timeline. I am very particular and detailed, Eyad was patient, easy, and understanding to work with every step of the way. The project we needed to complete was backyard patio concrete & also welding of aluminum gate with installation - patio concrete came out beautifully and cannot thank Eyad enough for him & his team’s effort & dedication. We will definitely be contacting Eyad for further projects we have in mind & would HIGHLY recommend him to our friends, family, and clients we work with. You won’t be disappointed with their work!”

“Great team! Their technicians arrived promptly, diagnosed issues accurately, and completed repairs efficiently, and the best part for me is always keeping our space clean and tidy while they working. 👍🏻They are so respectful always when i asked them to take their shoes off inside the house to keep my floor and rugs spotless, 😅 they understand and they were more than happy do that ! The communication from the office was excellent, ensuring we were updated on progress and costs at every step. We highly recommend them for any building maintenance needs.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻”

“I was really impressed with their quick response. They came to inspect the same day and we agreed to go ahead with the work. The price was very reasonable. I was initially worried about not getting the result I wanted, but the result was amazing. They are a team of professionals. Specially I’d like to thank Mr. Iyad and Mr. Ahmed, they are very kind and took care of every detail as I requested. The result was a great renovation of the bathroom and kitchen. They also made sure to clean up well throughout and after the work was done. I highly recommend Ibco builders and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.”

“Ibco Builders delivered an outstanding service, exceeding my expectations. They skillfully moved my fragile kitchen center cabinet three feet back and replaced the tiles beneath it without a scratch. Throughout the process, their team demonstrated exceptional niceness, respect, and professionalism. What sets them apart is not only their expertise but also their commitment to cleanliness and tidiness. They willingly addressed additional fixes with a smile, making them the best company I've worked with so far. I highly recommend Ibco Builders and look forward to working with them again.”

“My experience with this company was NOT in line with other customers. My project was to demo a 4'x4' patio slab and rebuild a lower and slightly larger slab. I sent pics from various angles of the former slab as well as exact measurements. I was quoted one price over the phone. Then, I was quoted a price almost $1000 higher (without reason) when the contractor did an on-site evaluation. After negotiating on a price and several calls to narrow a date of service and time other than ("sometime in the next few days"), they replaced the slab. The materials in the picture were left in my yard for 3 WEEKS until I threatened further action if it was not cleaned up. The reason I was given was they had been too busy with other jobs to get to it. Also, the gate on my fence "mysteriously" was off the hinge even though they were the only one to access my backyard as recorded on my security camera. Then they wanted to charge me above average price to fix it. I also attached a picture of the side of the "finished" slab. Very unprofessional service and poor communication.”

“I was extremely impressed with Ahmad and his team. We requested estimates for a new floor, window damage, and front patio work. Ahmad did the estimate, and I was amazed how thorough he was, asking questions about the project, even giving me other suggestions that would accomplish the same goal but would cost less. Unfortunately, our main project got postponed, but we still needed to have someone replace the bricks on our front patio that were partially removed when we had our foundation repaired. We had the materials but needed help doing the work. They were so professional and understanding and were out the next day to replace the brick. It was completed in less than a full day and was so perfectly done that I couldn’t tell the difference between the existing brick and the ones they had replaced. We will still need the original project completed eventually and may even need work done on a new house we plan to buy. I have absolutely no reservations about using Ibco for all our future construction needs and highly recommend them for anyone who needs work done. Any work. They do it all.”

“Eyad and his team are phenomenal people and beyond easy to work with. Extremely trustworthy and good people- I couldn’t recommend them higher. They always have your back and your best interests!”

“These guys patched and repainted my ceiling, fixing the shotty work from another contractor.
