“We’ve spent about $7000 on replacement windows with Paul Ryan. The product and warranty was solid. Order handling was good as well. The only downside was pre and post installation: not enough covering to protect the inside flooring. Shattered glasses was everywhere, both in and out. Some of the windows were improperly installed, 1.5” gap of frame was left Un caulked and even if it was caulk, it had no backer rod. Sloppy caulking, left glasses everywhere and severely damaged some of the window frames. The good thing was, they are committed to making right so they came back 3-4 times to do that. So if you like the price and don’t mind the frequent follow up to make sure they are done right, this is the company to go with.”

Mr Dan Torres showed up as the San Antonio representative and provided me with a thorough brief on the company, how they did business and how they would approach my particular project, seven back windows to be replaced. After his visit, I considered other companies but eventually settles on Paul Ryan due to the cost, quality and the after sale support provided. Windows arrived six weeks after being ordered and they called to schedule their installation. On the scheduled date, four installers from Paul Ryan arrived, identified themselves and went straight to work. Two removed my old windows while one prepped the new windows and the fourth begin cleaning the window locations for installation. All work was completed within eight hours and they then reviewed their work and made sure I was happy with the job before departing. One window screen was torn and a replacement was ordered on the spot. They cleaned up after they were done with the installation and went over all the windows before departing. “Not Worthy of any star rating! My wife had a terrible experience with a representative that provided an estimate for one window that needed to be replaced. The representative looked at the one window that we asked for an estimate, he told my wife he will have to do the two other windows also. My wife asked him why? He said he typically does no less than 5 windows but he will do three, then quoted a cost of $1600.00 . My wife asked him to explain what type of replacement windows will he be utilizing and he was not able to answer the question, then he had the audacity to say "When can I start?" and that it would take 9 weeks to replace three windows. My wife quickly showed him to the door. I can provide the phone number if you are serious about customer service. Otherwise, I will assume Paul Ryan Windows deletes negative customer feedback and only post positive ones. I will be surprised if someone is even reading this post! “Heard about Paul Ryan on the Randy Lemmon show and they were exactly as advertised. No high pressure sales and the special they talked about was what I received. Kaci was really knowledgeable and I never questioned any part of the process since they stayed in touch and communicated every part of the way. My major concern was the mess that could be left and glass on my floors since I have two dogs. The crew was very clean and tidy with not a speck of trash left after the install. “I do not recommend Paul Ryan windows. I learned about them as they were doing work on my neighbor's home. After receiving our quote, I knew something didn't seem right. I'm sorry, but a good deal will never come at the cost of exploiting human beings, labor and a cheap product. I'm glad I chose a local small business with values and integrity, as my neighbor is now having leaking issues with her windows after the recent heavy rain. Reviews were left on other outlets by my neighbor and her husband, of which were instantly deleted and they were blocked by the business (Paul Ryan). You pay for what you get.
