“Tom Martin, landscape architect, is a professional through and through! He listened carefully to my dreams for my yard and transformed them into much more than I expected! His attention to detail is unmatched as is his always “can do” attitude. Stephen, who schedules the installation team, and Johnny, who oversees the irrigation system and continues to monitor it, are terrific. They all seem to love what they do and are genuinely interested in my project. My project is extraordinarily special to me because it was my grandparents’ home for 50 years before my sister & I inherited it. “Contacted Masterscapes to have them inspect sprinker system. They sent me an email with contract. After I accepted the contract, they did not call me to set up an appointment. Two days later, I contacted them on 3/22/26. They made me an appointment for 3/23/26 at 3 pm. I called them about 2:55 pm on 3/23/26 to see when they would arrive. After keeping me on hold about 10 minutes, they came back on line and told me they had to change my appointment to the next day on 3/24/26 at 8:30 am. I told them to cancel my appointment. They are not good at communicating with the customer. They are very frustrating to deal with. I definitely do not recommend them.”
