Texas Landscape & Irrigation Llc

Texas Landscape & Irrigation Llc runs landscaping and irrigation work from Allen. They handle new construction installs and repairs for homes and businesses. Their list covers plant installations, flower beds, beautifying projects, irrigation system repairs, sprinkler repairs, French drains, pool reroutes, pool demolitions, patio reroutes, stonework, wood fence, landscape lighting, mowing, edging, trimming, maintenance, and walkways or paths. Ranfis leads crews on many of these jobs across the DFW area that includes Allen, Plano, Prosper, and McKinney.

Homeowners call them for front yard sod replacement, sprinkler zone fixes that get water running again, tree and shrub trimming, gravel shed foundations with proper edging, patio regrading, and full irrigation upgrades that turn neglected spaces around. One job fixed a broken sprinkler part in about twenty minutes. Another crew laid sod then checked and timed the sprinklers so it would take hold. Ranfis and the team also assembled sheds after leveling bases and handled side yard soaker hose installs.

They arrive when scheduled, answer questions directly, and keep pricing straightforward. Jobs often wrap in half days or a single day even when weather interrupts. Crews stay in touch during the work and follow up afterward. Service stays local to the Allen base and nearby DFW spots with a focus on residential and commercial properties.

Most reviews highlight clean irrigation repairs, solid sod results, fair costs, and quick reliable crews. Ranfis gets named often for clear plans and steady follow through on grading and sprinkler adjustments. One review noted a full front yard and irrigation overhaul finished in one day with neighbor compliments afterward.

“We had Texas Ranch help us with several outdoor projects, including building a gravel shed foundation, assembling our storage shed, and trimming our trees and shrubs. They did an excellent job from start to finish. The communication with Ranfis was smooth throughout the entire process. They were responsive, answered all of our questions. It was easy to coordinate with them, and they were reliable and professional. The shed foundation was built with great attention to detail. They properly prepared and leveled the base, installed the edging neatly, and made sure everything was solid before assembling the shed. The shed assembly itself was completed professionally, and everything was aligned, secure, and well finished. They also trimmed our trees and shrubs carefully, improving the overall appearance of our yard while keeping the plants healthy. The crew worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly before leaving, and treated our property with care. We really appreciated their professionalism, quality workmanship, fair pricing, and excellent communication. If you're looking for someone to build a shed foundation, assemble a shed, or handle landscaping work, I would definitely recomm”

“My coworker who has good instincts recommended Texas Ranch Landscaping to me for fixing my irrigation system and I'm very happy! They are a local family business, good at their job, and for a very fair price. Be flexible with their arrival time and they'll fix the issue very quickly! I had a zone not running; the broken part was identified, then replaced, and the issue was resolved in about 20 minutes. I have hired them twice and will go back to them in the future.”

“Amazing job! I took estimates from 8 different companies. Though not the cheapest, they felt the safest and did an incredible job from beginning to end. Texas Ranch took their time to do the job correctly. They explained all the work in detail. They showed up when they were supposed to. Installed in-ground sprinklers and did a full sod job. I would recommend to anyone looking to get work done.”

“I waited to write a review for Texas Ranch LLC because we hired this company for a big job. Initially, this company was nice, willing to work with you, and of course they need the job. I had 37 emerald thuja arborvitae installed 4 months ago. If you look at the pictures, this is the same tree height we got it installed 4 months ago. Well after 2-3 months later, I started noticing that we have about 11 trees that are dying and turning brown. The other trees are drying & becoming crispy which they will eventually die as well. We water these plants daily and we have a drip line as well because of the Texas heat. Making sure the soil is moist because with these kind of trees water is the balance. Long story short, I reached out to Ranfis couple of times via text and explained the situation and he came out once to put fertilizer for the trees because he assumed that the fertilizer was needed (not knowledgeable at all). Then he told my husband to reach out in two weeks. We waited two weeks and reached out to Ranfis again and ever since then he is just ghosting our calls/texts. Moral of the story: Wait till you give 5 stars for a company like this in the initial stages because the q”

“Ranfis and his team were absolutely great to work with! Ranfis is extremely professional, great communication and clear plan. He worked with us for an original plan, but when we found out the HOA would not allow that landscaping, he worked with us to get one that would. He takes pride in his work and wants to do the best job in every aspect. His prices are very fair and he stays in your budget. We are so grateful to have found him and will definitely be using him again in the future!”
