“My landlord uses this company. I have lived at this location for three years. The landscapers contiguously leave the arear messy. They will move furniture and not put it back (see picture #3). It was never bad enough to complain about until now. As you see in the first two pictures, they cut my TV/ internet cable. The owners themselves claim that "they see how this could have happened, and it is not their responsibility". That is like getting your tires rotated, and the mechanic cuts your break line. Is the proper response that we see how this could happen, but it is not our responsibility!? Furthermore, I have now tried to respond to those claims. However, they are now non-responsive. I have call a total of six times in two days, and have left four voicemails. I would never use this company for anything. They will not return your phone call if and when something happens. Good luck.”

“We’ve been using NatureCare for just over 2 years for our lawn. Every spring, our property is the talk of the neighborhood, due to the beautiful seasonal color installations provided by Nature Care’s knowledgeable staff. Our regular maintenance team is efficient and leaves our property looking sharp. All of the ladies in the office are very professional- and where helpful with addressing any concerns regarding scheduling, project details, and updates we needed. They are busier in the spring- but despite being fully booked due to last years freeze in February- they still made our project a priority. We cannot recommend their services highly enough- terrific family run local business.”

“I was really excited to work with this company after being recommended by our neighbors. My initial call was quick and the owner came out, was very friendly, very knowledgeable. After I received my quote I am not sure what happened but initially I was told the person who does appointments was out. I called back the day she was supposed to be back, we missed each others call. I was expecting an email, I never got one. Once I got ahold of this person they told me they would follow up, they did two weeks later only to tell me they would call me in the morning. They never did….I have tried calling and now no one answers. I have waited a month now with no install date. I expected at least en email with some communication, not to constantly get ran around. I get it, this is busy season but communication is everything.”
