“I just redid my landscaping and needed a lot of adjustments to my irrigation system. Daniel and his crew listened to my needs and redesigned the system to fit my needs. Installation was within a week and the team arrived on time as scheduled. They dug up a lot of lawn and garden moving, adding, and removing heads and adding a new zone. But they were very careful digging and then doing their best to put everything back. They minimized the intrusion on my new landscape. Generally you couldn’t tell they were there and when you could it was minimized. Daniel reminded me to do some additional watering for a couple of nights to help everything repair itself. Great job!!!”

“The entire staff is very communicative. They respond quickly and with a friendly helpful attitude. I did not have to wait weeks to schedule a visit, as was the case with other companies. They had no problem when I needed to move my service to another day. They call to let you know when the crew will arrive and they arrive on time. Both Carlos and Joel provided the initial 20-point inspection and the subsequent work. They took care in explaining what was considered necessary, what work was considered "recommended", and what work was considered "optimum". We were given a choice to match our needs. Once the work was completed, they went over the work that was done and then checked some of the more concerning stations with me. All was in working order. I felt they took the time to explain the necessity for the work in a clear and easily understandable way, especially to someone who has not worked with an irrigation system for a number of years, and certainly not one like this one. I have not seen a recommendation for this company in my neighborhood groups, but I don't know why not. I recommend them.”

“Update!! I was contacted by the company and had discussions with a customer advocate who advocated for me to the owners. I was offered a partial refund for the recent repairs. I’ve never had that experience with a company. I think it is awesome. Great company!! I had just had my “spring checkup” one month ago. The techs claimed everything was fine. After a couple of weeks I noticed my plants had quit blooming and were wilting down as if getting no water. I ran the individual heads to water the plants and checked the controller. All 5 sites were set for a 2 am start. These sites had been the same way for years. However after that the heads started watering at 2 pm instead of 2am. I double checked and it appeared they were all set correctly. As I watched I noticed one of my flower beds in the back yard was not getting enough water. And the heads looked strange. The techs this time said that the system doesn’t work correctly if all sites are set at the same time. I tried to point out that they had been set that way previously but they reset them. I showed them the bed in the backyard and upon investigating they realized that the system had a leak prior to this bed and so it was g”

“The 2 techs-Carlos Olvera and Olegario Hernandez were on top of identifying everything that was wrong with my aged 22 year old irrigation system. They communicated extremely well and explained what was wrong and what they would need to do to fix/repair the under ground system, heads and rotors to ensure I am getting full coverage on my entire yard when the system is on. And what was even more impressive was the truck was well-stocked with all of the irrigation supplies necessary to make the needed repairs seemless and more timely to repair. “Augustin and Elias arrived on time. They were courteous and respectful and identified for me what needed to be done. Unfortunately, underground cable work was done on my property recently, which resulted in several broken pipes. Augustin identified all of the broken pipes and heads and repaired them while they were there for the appointment. I have used American Irrigation Repair for 7 years and have consistently received great service at reasonable prices. The in-office support staff is also great and helpful.”

“Joaquin and Pepe are great technicians. They have done multiple jobs for us. In July 2025, they repaired irrigation pvc and drip system punctures caused by a negligent landscaper in an efficient, undetectable manner allowing us to finish our landscape upgrade on time. Last week we had a 3200 gallon leak that transpired over a period of 27 hours (inside the drip irrigation zone). We did not learn of the leak until our neighbors alerted us. We later discovered that although the controller and mobile devices were telling us the system was off, the solenoid valve mechanism failed and Hunter sprinklers (basic system won’t alert you). Pepe and Joaquin rebuilt the solenoid valve and now the system seems to be operating normally. Time will tell, but we feel secure about our system working reliably, once again. We received a six-month warranty for the repair. Our irrigation system is just over three years old and we are shocked to learn about the pre-mature failure of the solenoid valve mechanism. We recommend American Irrigation for quality work and fair pricing.”
