“If we could give more stars we would. Santiago, our lead, and the team brought our concept into reality on a sloping, erosion-prone side yard. So many years we tried to correct this area and now it not only holds up during heavy rain, but has added space and value to our property. (The dogs don’t track muddy paw prints up to our deck anymore!) They added two tiers with French drainage down the side, reconfigured the irrigation, and saved two mature trees whose roots were being washed away at the bottom of the slope. The guys came at 7 am every morning and put in ten-hour days. We now have a new space for a pretty garden and another tier for a fire pit circle. Enough space for our whole family. This was all unusable space before. Santiago came up with creative and tasteful options within our budget for the stairs, using luter stone. We had initially started the project with another landscaping co. that wanted to charge us two times what ATX Prestige estimated.
