“Michael and his team completed a $30k job on one of my $2.2M listings and knocked it out of the park. They also did masonry work and added a ton of curb appeal. Buyers give so many compliments and I have referred michael and his team to my family and friends. Note, it was disclosed to us that their team would not cover the cost of dead sod from sprinkler issues on our end, we had sprinklers issues, some grass died, but their team still went go out there and replace all the sod and it looks great now. Also, finished the job on time. Low maintenance and drains water properly without weed growing back through it once the work is finished.”

I had laid sod in the backyard myself before covid with St. Augustine, after the years and freeze etc it just wasn’t growing back. My retaining wall on the left side of my steep slope driveway presented a unique challenge, as I wanted to create a more accessible and aesthetically pleasing solution. The team expertly cut the existing retaining wall back by five feet, and then seamlessly integrated beautifully designed sunken concrete steps into the newly opened slope right next to the driveway.
