“We had quite a large project that involved replacing half of our front yard turf with rock, replacing our (dead) backyard turf with zoysia sod, adding a mulch bed with stacked stone edging, and also redoing some walkways which had been taken over by legacy bermuda grass. Travis did a fantastic job of communicating with us every day, and he would follow up in person or via text if he needed clarification along the way. “This team is the Ritz Carlton of their industry. They are the best around period. Chilee was the most professional, trustworthy & fastest..Formula1 fast. This winter storm hit hard, much harder than the storm 2 years back. We moved from Scottsdale, AZ in Sept 2018 & it’s crazy how these storms shutdown the city. I spend 2 days talking to different people about addressing our yard. Some said they would show up right away but after seeing the photos said they can’t handle that size job, others sent estimators even though I said not to and just do the job whom then put me on a list a week or weeks out. “Had a bad experience with Good Neighbor Lawn Care. I'd read the rave reviews and decided to give them a shot. We have less than a quarter acre in a subdivision, but paid them for mulch, a grass cut, and lawn treatment (you get three treatments) to get rid of some problem areas. This first visit totaled over $500 (most of the cost going to the lawn treatment) The first service was amazing. The mulch looked great, I know it was hard work for those guys. Two weeks had passed and I wondered when they were coming back, they said that they were doing the rotation every three weeks. The next week comes, and I hadn't heard anything, so I inquired and they said I was on the schedule the next day. After that cut, I noticed that they didn't apply any lawn treatment, and they had missed large parts of my lawn (pictures attached). Travis apologized about missing the areas, but then said that the grass was too dry to apply the treatment. Understandable, but when were they going to tell me that? So I paid $48 and had to do the remaining edging and flat areas. Three weeks later, I get another cut and a lawn treatment. This time the service was spot on. ($48 all said for the cut. Lawn treatment ”
