“Damaged my property, didn’t complete the service, and charged me after telling me I wouldn’t be billed. I originally left a five-star review after signing up because the initial customer service was great and I expected the work to match. It didn’t. I paid for lawn care with pet waste removal, but the crew began mowing immediately and left without completing the cleanup. I had to call to report it. Only then was I told the grass had to be mowed first to “see” the waste, even though they had already left without doing the cleanup and never assessed the yard beforehand. They later returned, but the cleanup was still incomplete—I counted at least 12 missed spots, and some waste had been run over and spread during mowing. During the same visit, they ran over and shredded my garden hose in two spots—clearly consistent with mower damage. The crew claimed they went around it, which was untrue. Between that and the explanation about the pet waste, I was given two false explanations. Customer service initially backed the crew instead of addressing what actually occurred. I was told the hose would be replaced, but no timeline, delivery details, or follow-up was provided, and I heard nothing for days until I followed up myself. I had to push to avoid being charged at all. After that was agreed to, I was still charged $43 anyway. When I called about the charge, I was told someone would look into it and call me back, but I never received a callback. I had to call again the next day to get it resolved. To their credit, they did replace the hose with a comparable one, and I was told I would still be receiving a refund for the $43 charge—we’ll see. At no point was there a clear acknowledgment or apology for the condition of my yard or the damage to my property or poor customer service. It’s also concerning that the crew provided inaccurate explanations and there was no acknowledgment of that or assurance it would be addressed. They came out the following week and Victor did a fantastic job on our yard in an efficient and respectful manner. 10/10 landscaping and wish we would have found them prior to moving.”

I asked for the area manager to come out and look at the awful job his crew did and he wouldn't even come out. Obviously the crews don't care nor the manager. Don't waste your money.”
