“Jared came out and inspected our sprinklers today. He was exceptionally friendly and quite knowledgeable. He gave me all sorts of wonderful information in a low pressure fashion. Will definitely use them again and recommend to the neighbors. We also had sprinkler medics out last year to install a couple new zones. They did good work at a reasonable price.”

Chase and the office team got me an appointment next day, early. Zane showed up early, in the cold, and the wet (I can't imagine anyone would want to be out in this weather fixing a sprinkler system)... and knocked it outta that park. Zane found the source of the leak fast and he also showed me a few mistakes the installer or last repair team made with the system. Both were fixed in under 30 minutes. He ran a full system check and gave me a few non-critical changes we'll need to make to get back to 110%. Very fast, very thorough. Everything was explained clearly and all pricing was incredibly reasonable. The office team was incredibly responsive and engaged (a rarity in the service industry). Everything was just... easy.
