“I used this company for 2 months. Consistently frustrating experience. 1) I signed up online and the wording was unclear. My first bill was over $600 because they started brushes and shrubs - and without direction whatsoever- just kept working on the yard until they got bored I guess. Strongly suggest talking to someone and providing ground rules (eg maximum of 2 hours of work) to eliminate surprise charges. 2) They will not give a window on a day of when they will show up. Just the entire day. 3) Technicians typically show up without warning. I did get texts better later on when I asked but they were hit & miss while also not necessarily being accurate. 4) Due to the surprise billing amounts, I had asked to be removed from autopay. They agreed. I called to give them my credit because they were setting up my my portal. They billed me once with permission but with explicit instructions to not save my card. 5) Portal was never setup despite multiple attempts to do so. 6) Services were performed and I got billed automatically. They saved and billed my credit card without permission. The only reason it’s not 1 star is because the work itself was done. No complaints there. I used my neighborhood group chat and got a new recommendation. 40% off. Only regret is I didn’t cancel sooner!”
