“Urban Oasis was fine. We found them through yardzen. The team that worked with us was great (even though the pricing was quite high) but unfortunately not as knowledgeable as one would hope for materials used in central Texas. We got our landscaping installed about 18 mos ago. The grass is patchy and uneven. The trees they recommended we plant and were told that would grow to full privacy trees in 2 years havent grown at all and in fact we have lost about 6 of them ($300 trees mind you). And the weed barrier they used is garbage. Has kept zero weeds down. All in all our yard looks ok just not what we were told it would be and requires much more maintenance than we asked for. I would do much more research next time.”

I chose Urban Oasis because they gave me the best quote, were professional, and communicated with me throughout the entire build process. They took the time to do a walk through prior to the work. We then set a schedule of a week between start time and completion, which Urban Oasis kept to without any issues. When it came to adding plants and irrigation, I was able to consult their plant expert to make sure that all plants were dog safe, child safe, and most importantly safe from my brown thumb. My project also had an electrical component with the installation of a new outdoor wall light, fan, and string lights. Urban Oasis brought in an electrician instead of me having to hire separately and included it in the cost breakdown. They've also been very responsive to any questions I had after the build was finished and promised to come back to replace one of the plants that didn't make it through the summer heat. I'm satisfied with the work they did and can confidently recommend them to others.”

“After having used a different company to help us with our backyard landscape design, we landed on Urban Oasis to complete our backyard remodel. They extended our pool patio, replaced our old backyard patio dining space; removing old pavers, installing a pergola and outdoor kitchen. “UPDATED REVIEW It's one year later, and we're having to get a sprinkler company to come fix what Urban Oasis messed up. After telling them multiple times that the sprinkler coverage wasn't good after their updates, Urban Oasis finally told us that "they're not really a sprinkler company" and "we should go to professionals for that." Even though we paid them to redo our entire sprinkler system. Add to that, they redid a stone walkway for us two times, and it still doesn't look like what we asked for. Their communication was great throughout the project, but next time we're doing landscaping, we'll definitely be looking elsewhere. “We had a small project in February of 2025 which involved first applying crushed granite to the base, installing 2X2 concrete pavers and spacing them to create a sidewalk. The spaces in between the pavers were filled with 1/2 to 1 inch river rock. We worked with Emilio Nunez, a sales representative for Urban Oasis Contracting. He explained the differences between compacted pavers which would last much longer than the cheaper non-compacted type. We appreciated that he was easy to contact, promptly returned calls and kept us appraised of the work schedule for our project. Leo, the installer, had a good eye to keep the pavers level, properly spaced and cutting a few pavers to fit some odd angles. It was obvious that this was not his first rodeo. He has been very responsive, communicative, and proactive in working toward a resolution, and has assured me that this will be taken care of. I really appreciate the follow-up and the way this has been handled so far, and I’ll update again once everything is fully taken care of. --- I’m disappointed with the professionalism of Urban Oasis. In late January, while they were managing a project at my neighbor’s property, a crack appeared in my driveway during the course of their work. I contacted them shortly afterward, shared photos, and was told the issue would be reviewed. Despite several follow-ups by phone, text, and email, I have not received a response. I understand that issues can happen during projects, but I expected clearer communication and follow-through. At this point, I’m still waiting for them to reach out and resolve the situation.”

“Recently had a rock bed put in our back yard to help with our eroding yard due to rain. We currently do not have gutters on the back of our home so every rain we had a lot of mud and dirt making it hard to walk out of our yard from fence gate.
