“Very unprofessional, we scheduled and appointment to install the sprinkler system and he didn’t make it on that day for whatever reason. I was fine with it, maybe he is busy. So i waited another day to give him a call and he didn’t pick up. A couple more days went by and he finally called said he is starting soon. The day he came to install it he said it will be done in 3 days. Its way passed 3 days and i called him and he’s not picking up. Couple days later he finally picked up the phone, sounded like he was mad and bothered. He said hes been doing another job and he will get to me when he can. The job was finally finished, paid him, and i asked for a reciept but he didnt have one at the moment and didnt want to bother the guy for it, so i told him its ok. He told me that i have a one year warranty on it and as you guys know we had an artic freeze in texas. And it cracked the main pipe, so i called him and he said he will come back to fix it and of course he didnt. Unresponsive, called his business left him a message, the lady in front picking up the phone doesn’t care either. She would just tell me she can leave him another message. Please dont waste your time with them. And not to mention they were smoking cigarettes on my front porch knowing that i have a 6 months baby in the house.”

“Used this company for a new apartment install. They do not show up when scheduled, irrigation system has many faults and they will not answer/respond to phone calls. Many of the trees/shrubs installed are dead. I would NOT recommend this company.”
