“During the first part of July I requested a quote. After some miscommunication, Clint was scheduled to come to my house on 20 Jul, at 2 pm. On the scheduled date, Clint calls me around 2:20 pm saying he was running late OK, not a problem. He surveyed my property and I asked him after he was completed a rough ballpark figure, which he responded with no more then 3600 dollars for the size of my lot. I told him I had another quote which was almost 1500 more to which he laughed. He then told me he would go back to the office and write up my quote. The following Tuesday I called him to ask about my quote but got sent to voice mail. I text him (I know he saw the message because he has read receipts tuned on) but never responded so I let it go. Yesterday, I again tried to contact him with no call back. Today, I called his office and requested to speak to Mr Clint’s boss (who happens to be the owner of the business). The young lady who answered the phone said he was in a meeting (his boss) and he would call me back. No less then 30 minutes after that phone call to his office I get a text from him stating “I cant touch your previous quote.” What a joke!”

“Those who cannot be trusted in small matters cannot be trusted in big ones. It's time for an honest review on customer service. Long story short: There was none. They came out but never furnished a quote. I budgeted several thousand for wants/needs. I called after a week. They were either disorganized or giving me the run-around, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they were really busy. Who knows? After another week I left a message. They never bothered to take action. I won't be calling M&M for any work needing to be done on any of my properties. They could've at least said SOMEthing.”
