“I wouldn’t recommend using J&R Landscaping and Nursery for anything. This is the result of a complete re-sod of our back lawn. They installed new sod then killed it after they came a few weeks later and sprayed for weeds. They noted that the backyard sod that they installed had a lot of weeds and the spray killed all the weeds, leaving barely any grass. J&R initially offered a refund for the grass pallets or to re-do for free. We requested a refund and now the owner says he never agreed to a refund. Zero integrity. Nothing but lies and shoddy service. Will have to pay again to have it done properly by a competent professional landscaper. I also included the text I sent today to see what was going to happen next. His response was to leave the chat. How’s that for great customer service? Avoid like the plague. I see the company owners responded with more lies. I have video in the backyard where this conversation took place. If they would like to continue to double down on their lies I'd be happy to post the video. It's up to them.”
