Lawn Cowboy

Lawn Cowboy runs a landscaping crew out of Brownsville, Texas, where they handle the steady demand for yard work that comes with the local heat and fast growing grass. Homeowners around the Rio Grande Valley call on them for regular cuts and bigger cleanups on properties that get overgrown quick. The outfit sticks to straightforward jobs that keep outdoor spaces from turning into a mess, working the kind of lots that sit under full sun most of the year. Crews know the soil and weather patterns that affect what grows here, so they show up ready to trim back what needs it without dragging things out.

They mow lawns at set rates that start low and handle urgent requests like clearing shrubs off a piece of land that sat neglected. Daniel and his crew take on properties that need immediate attention, cutting through overgrowth and leaving the ground level and clean. One job involved fixing up a yard that had fallen behind, with clear results that showed in side by side views once they finished. The team answers questions on the spot about what the grass needs next and moves through details like edging and debris removal so the whole place looks maintained. They fit in same day starts when a homeowner calls with a tight schedule and keep the work moving without extra stops.

Customers point to the quick turnaround on jobs that would otherwise sit, along with fair costs that match the results and steady updates on when the crew will arrive. Quality holds because the cuts stay even and the cleared areas do not grow back messy right away. Daniel gets credit for listening to what each yard requires and making sure nothing gets missed on the details. That mix of speed on urgent calls, solid finished work, and open talk about pricing builds the record they carry. DIRT Score 5.0 from 116 reviews on Finds.

“I highly recommend this lawn service. RGV Elite Lawn Care is reliable, professional, and always do a great job making the yard look clean and well maintained. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to the details. Daniel and his crew are friendly and efficient. One thing I really appreciate is how flexible they are with scheduling. If I reach out needing the lawn done, they’re usually able to come out within a day or two. They also offer consistent repeat scheduling if you prefer to have your lawn taken care of regularly, which makes things really convenient. Another great thing they do is provide before and after photos of the yard. It’s a nice touch and shows the quality of the work they put in. They’ve also been incredibly accommodating with a bit of a challenge at my house. The AC unit was unfortunately built between the house and the fence, leaving no space for a mower to get through to the backyard. Even with that obstacle, they’re still willing to carefully lift the mower over the AC unit so they can get to the back and make sure the entire lawn is done. That kind of effort and willingness to go the extra mile really stands out. I’m very happy with their service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable lawn care.”

“I had the most wonderful experience with Daniel and his team. They were able to take care of a piece of property for me I needed urgently and were able to accommodate the immediate need I had. They did a phenomenal job on the property, were so kind, courteous and professional. They cleared shrubs, trees, mowed the taller grass and were an absolutely hard-working crew taking care of everything speedily and giving me peace of mind. They are also reasonably priced for the quality, security, and beautiful work done. Thank you!!”
