What Customers Say
“The Pro Green team is incredibly professional—especially Arni! They are knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue and accurately repaired the leak! What impressed us most wasn't just their expertise, but their genuine, ongoing care for our garden irrigation system. They treated our garden as if it were their own—a level of service that is rare to find.”
“We cannot say enough great things about Pro Green! Our beloved cottage garden was in trouble due to a hidden leak in the sprinkler system that left parts of it dry and wilting. We were heartbroken watching all the hard work we had put into our flowers and plants slowly fade away. The Pro Green team is professional, specifically Arni! They are knowledgeable, and incredibly kind from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the leak with precision! What impresses us most was not just their skill, but their continued genuine care of our sprinkler system for our garden. They treated our garden as if it were their own, and that kind of service is rare. If you’re looking for reliable, honest, and top-quality sprinkler repair or maintenance, Pro Green is the company to call. They didn’t just fix a leak—they saved our little slice of paradise. 🌸🌿 Thank you, Pro Green and Thank you to Richard, the owner, for expediting our needs!”
“Very disappointing experience. The crew arrived about 30 minutes late for a 9:00 AM appointment without providing a clear explanation. They charged a $139 inspection fee, which I understand. However, the diagnosis and repair process raised concerns. They suggested the sprinkler valves were possibly faulty, but water briefly started flowing after simply flipping the weather bypass switch, then stopped again. This alone made the diagnosis questionable. They then pushed for replacing the control module (Hunter PCM-300). After leaving to get the part in their office and returning about 30 minutes later, they installed it in roughly a minute and charged over $180 for the replacement. I would assume this kind component should be ready and available immediately in their vehicle. The retail part itself costs around $50–$60, which makes the markup excessive—well over 300%, especially on top of the inspection fee $139. No meaningful explanation to justify the cost. There might be a little room to understand businesses factors in labor, overhead, and spring-season pricing, the overall charge did not feel reasonable or transparent to me.”
“i couldn't be happier with the work done my Richard in fixing my irrigation system. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He corrected my problem rapidly and at an extremely fair price. I will use him for any work I need done in the future.”
“We were referred to Richard at Pro Green by one of our neighbors. I've worked with a lot of irrigation companies and Pro Green is clearly the best. Not only are they irrigation experts, their services are reasonably priced. Our lawn was struggling and Arni explained what adjustments needed to be made. He took me on a final walk-through to show me the improvements. I highly recommend Pro Green and will be referring all of our friends, family, neighbors and clients.”
