C&J's Grass and Things, LLC

C&J's Grass and Things, LLC works out of Corpus Christi, Texas, where they handle landscaping for homes across the area. Their main focus stays on lawn care that fits the local conditions, including regular upkeep to deal with the heat and coastal air that hit yards hard here. Homeowners call them for straightforward help keeping grass from turning brown or getting overrun during long summers. The crew stays licensed and insured while promising no fix no fee on the jobs they take. This setup lets them cover basic property needs without extra layers or delays that some bigger outfits bring in.

In practice they show up for lawn mowing on a schedule that matches the fast growth common in South Texas, along with fertilization to push color back after dry spells and weed control to stop invaders before they spread. Aeration gets done to loosen compacted soil from foot traffic and heavy rains, while leaf removal clears piles that collect near the bay. Landscaping touches include trimming edges and basic bed work around houses. Corpus Christi weather means crews often face salt spray and sudden storms that can beat down turf, so the work centers on quick visits that keep things from getting out of hand. Homeowners here deal with sandy ground that drains fast and needs steady attention to avoid bare spots.

Reviews show mixed results on how well the crew hits marks for speed and communication when jobs run longer than expected, though some note the price lands fair for the mowing and aeration tasks completed. Quality draws comments on clean cuts that last through the week, yet consistency varies enough to pull the overall number down. The team earns points for showing up reliable on smaller properties where bigger crews skip. DIRT Score 3.4 from 15 reviews on Finds.
