A designer met with me, listened to what i envisioned and made it happen. This company is so organized, after creating a rendering they have a zoom call to discuss the plan. When the team arrived to create my dream they couldn’t have been nicer. They were so knowledgeable, explaining everything, what to expect, how to care for my new plants/flowers. They found 2 separate leaks in my irrigation system that they repaired on the spot. Every member of the Theiss team is friendly, helpful and accommodating to the owners needs. My prior lighting system failed and the team member spent a very long time on the ground trying to identify the issue. He didn’t just say oh it’s a lost cause, he was determined to fix the issue, and he did. I absolutely LOVE my new landscaping. I have had several neighbors comment on how awesome ot looks!!”
