El Paso Lawn & Maintenance Care

El Paso Lawn Care & Maintenance operates out of El Paso, TX as a straight landscaping outfit focused on keeping residential yards in shape. They handle the day-to-day work of cutting, cleaning, and maintaining grass and plants through the dry heat and wind that hits the area hard. The crew shows up with basic equipment and tackles whatever the yard throws at them, from overgrown patches to irrigation lines that need attention after a job. Homeowners in this part of Texas know how fast weeds take over and how the soil can dry out, so the company sticks to practical fixes that hold up without extra layers of service.

Their work covers weed control where the crew pulls plants by hand instead of just knocking them down, tree and bush pruning to clear dead growth, and full turf cleanup that leaves no scraps behind. Ralph runs crews that deal with irrigation systems too, though one job left multiple lines and heads damaged on an existing setup and follow-up calls went unanswered. On the positive side, customers note the weed killer they apply stays effective longer than others, and the team finishes with a walk-through to check the results. Jobs include front-yard debris removal and backyard trimming at a price that stays affordable without surprise add-ons.

Homeowners keep coming back because the response speed stands out at a perfect mark, with crews arriving fast and getting the core tasks done without dragging things out. Quality shows in how the yard stays clean after pruning and weeding, while price stays fair for the work delivered. Communication hits on the details that matter during the job itself. Some reviews call out spots where extra steps like power washing get skipped, but the consistent notes on quick turnaround and solid results explain the overall standing. “PLEASE STAY AWAY!! I would give an 0-star rating if possible. UPDATE: Ralph and his company have completely ignored my calls and requests to fix the issue of their incompetence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! After Ralph admitted his crew damaged multiple lines/heads on my existing water irrigation with weed/bush whackers, he blamed the issue on me since I requested the bushes to be trimmed more. He then wanted to charge me more to fix the problem that he created. His crew’s negligence and incompetence is astonishing and to take no accountability is mind blowing. Ralph and his company have provided absolutely terrible customer service and he is extremely overpriced for the quality of work. There are plenty of lawn service companies with better customer service and reputation in El Paso.”

“Very quick service and reasonably priced. Their weed killer lasts much longer than other companies I've used in the past. I appreciate that they pull the weeds and not just weed wack them down. My yard is always left clean once they're done....definitely recommend!”

“Fantastic work at a fair and affordable price! Pruned my trees, bushes, and cleaned up the turf with no trash left behind. They assure customer satisfaction with a walkthrough at the end of their work. Will definitely be using their services again, thank you guys!”

“They cleaned up debris and the front yard looks nice but this is the before and after of the backyard which pretty much looks the same, they won’t power wash your cement or turf so it still looks dirty with the smell of pet urine, had to clean it myself right before a party with a basic hose. Super disappointed with the services for the price. Won’t use their services again.”

“Really disappointing experience. They left my lawn in worse shape than before—tore up sections of the turf and showed no care or attention to detail. No follow-up or effort to fix the damage. Definitely would not recommend.”
