Despite this, the customer filed a chargeback claiming the address was unrelated to him, which is false. Public property records show the home belongs to his wife, directly connecting the delivery location to his household. He never contacted the business to report a missing order or request assistance before disputing the charge. What makes this worse is that these lights were purchased for his holiday lighting installs, which he actively advertised and completed for paying clients. He used the very products he later charged back, turning a profit while forcing a small business to absorb the loss. During a recorded phone call, he admitted to having used incorrect addresses before and stated he is disputing other vendors as well.
