“I would not recommend this company based on my experience. The quality of workmanship was far below what I expected, and despite repeatedly bringing my concerns to their attention, the issues were never properly addressed. The stonework was completed very poorly. Most of the stones were laid unevenly, many were stained with mortar, the mortar itself was applied in thick, lumpy sections, and there were noticeable gaps left between stones. The finished product looks rushed and unprofessional rather than carefully installed. Even more concerning, some of the stones have already come loose because the mortar has cracked shortly after installation, which raises serious concerns about the durability of the work. The sod installation was equally disappointing. Much of the ground was not properly tilled or prepared before the sod was laid. Several sections were placed on top of each other instead of making proper contact with the soil, preventing good root establishment. In other areas, small pieces of sod were simply stuffed into gaps rather than fitting the sections correctly, leaving an uneven and patchwork appearance. Throughout the project, I continued to express my dissatisfactio”

“The ground guys were very communicative, and easy to work with. After their initial visit, there were a couple things that we wanted adjusted, and not only were they very receptive, but they listened to exactly what we wanted and our trees and bushes look great! I would definitely recommend.”

There was no care to the installation, a lot of things were left un-finished. They even planted a Magnolia tree facing the wrong way and it's too late to re-plant it.
