“I have cameras on the front of my house. I have had a horrible experience with this company. They don't trim the edges, they say they spray for weeds and spray two little circles in the front yard. They also said they fertilized, but they were here for only three minutes. Like I said, I saw this all in my cameras. I have seen workers running with the lawn mower, while it's on the back wheels, laughing and joking around and not cutting the lawn properly. They have broken decorative lights in my yard. I have complained a couple of times and now I don't even bother.”

“This company is very unprofessional. They will not respect your neighbors property and will blow leaves and debris into their yards, and will get aggressive when asked to not do it. Edit to add context: Your client was my next door neighbor. I caught your crew blowing leaves into my yard and when I asked them not to they denied it and got aggressive with me. For future reference, the next time they come over here and start trouble I’ll be calling the police to deal with them. The pictures clearly show your vehicle, and the mess they made of my side yard.”

“My sprinkler system needed a complete overhaul and Buffalo Outdoor did a great job at a fair price. Eric was my technician and if it were somebody without his years of experience I don’t know if they would’ve been able to do the job as our system was old and had been in disrepair for years. Would fully recommend Buffalo for big jobs or small and I will continue to use them for any future needs I have.”

“We had a great experience with Buffalo Lawn Care and especially their irrigation specialist, Eric. He was originally called out because the mowing team accidentally ran over a sprinkler line and caused damage. Things happen, but what really stood out was how it was handled. Eric came out to repair the damaged sprinkler, and instead of just fixing that one issue and leaving, he took the time to check our entire irrigation system. He carefully inspected everything and ended up making multiple additional repairs to ensure the whole system was running properly. His thoroughness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond gave us so much confidence. We truly appreciate the care he took and the pride he clearly has in his work. “Sketchy business practices. I took my lawnmower to the shop and missed a week so called this company. You have to sign up for a minimum of three mowing sessions at $74 each. They came and mowed the front and back and charged us an extra fee of $40 for the grass being too long and them “having to take more time.” Excuse me? They were here a total of 20 minutes, and even though they took more time, they left uneven patches all over the yard. An extra week of growth is 40% more? We were not told up front, not even told about it when they were here. I’d rather hire a neighborhood kid and pay him double that price, just so I know the money is going to someone more mature and actual values. Edit: They did refund us the extra $40 AFTER I posted this review. They also badgered us and kept calling, trying to push the blame to those mowing vs the office for the “extra” charge. They kept calling and were pushing us to change our review. I would be very skeptical of any “positive review” they have on here - there’s a good chance they forced or strong armed that “positive” review.”

“Today one of your employees made a mistake and mowed part of my yard and then decided to leave it unfinished. I now have a line going through my front yard. Mistakes are going to happen but atleast make it right by taking the additional 5 minutes to finish the section and make it presentable. Also this mistake could have potentially turned into an opportunity. One where you explained what happened and left me a business card. Maybe then I would have requested a future quote.”

“BEWARE - They mowed my yard about 6 times and that was 6 times too many. I thought they would get better and it was just pains of finding a new lawn service. My yard has had strips of un mowed grass since they started providing service. The mowers have dull blades and leave yard looking rough. They don't weed eat/edge even though that is part of service. The icing on the cake was them blowing dirty and mulch onto porch and leaving it, breaking my sprinkler system and breaking off a canna plant (left it lying in yard). Also beware they advertise a low price compared to others and then hit you with taxes so your true price is 4-5 dollars more than what they advertise when you actually receive the bill. Update-Leave a bad review and CJ calls to berate you for not liking their service and giving an honest review. Update 2-Leave a comment about how they speak to customers and have the reply be false accusations about dealing with their poor customer service. Pictures speak for themselves.”
