NEON Monkey Tree Services

NEON Monkey Tree Services handles landscaping and tree care work in Fort Worth, Texas. The company employs certified arborist Kip along with crew leaders such as Brock, Ricardo, Derek, and Santos. They perform trimming on large and old trees, removal of storm-damaged or dying trees, stump grinding, and growth regulator treatments. Staff members including Claudia, Laurie, and Lori handle scheduling and quotes while Kip marks cuts on site and confirms plans with customers before crews arrive.

Homeowners describe jobs that include shaping elms and live oaks that had gone years without attention, safely taking down 40-foot and 70-foot trees close to houses, and clearing multiple trees across several acres. Crews addressed technical concerns around structures, cut wood for firewood, ground stumps to below ground level, and removed prior debris left by earlier work. In one case a crew used a pool net to clear small pieces from water after finishing the main tasks.

Response times stand out with quotes arriving within 30 minutes and same-day service available when needed. Communication covers initial calls through final walkthroughs, with crews arriving on schedule and describing the day’s steps in advance. Pricing registers as reasonable across accounts, service stays within the Fort Worth area, and crews finish each job by raking, chipping, and hauling material so yards appear untouched.

The business holds a Google rating of 5 from 242 reviews. Reviewers repeatedly note prompt arrivals, knowledgeable assessments from the arborist, crews that work in sync while following safety steps, and complete site restoration at the end of each visit.

“5/5 stars! Neon Monkey Tree Service was fantastic to work with. Excellent communication, extremely detailed work, and an overall awesome job. Couldn't ask for better service!”

“Superb service, highly recommend! Brock came to us within 30 mins for a quote, was more than reasonable with his assessment, and even got us worked for same-day service. The crew showed up fast and tackled our 40' problem tree with insane efficiency and showed great care for the house the tree was under. Big respect for Brock's crew as well cause those guys moved in sync and made fast work of a big problem. 🫡”

“From initial contact to work complete, everything was excellent. Highly recommended. Brock and his crew were incredible. They brought my large elm tree back into beautiful shape. The whole crew was friendly, polite and took excellent care of my backyard. They even used my pool net to scoop out small debris from my pool! The tree looks perfect and my backyard looks like they were never there. Thanks Neon Monkey! Highly Recommended.”

“From the first phone call, to the guys driving away, it was a pleasure to work with everyone we encountered at Neon Monkey. They did an excellent job with our 3 very large and old trees. We highly recommend them and their services. They arrived on time, the day proceeded as they described, they cleaned up and left.”

“I highly recommend Neon Monkey for your tree service needs. Claudia took care of the scheduling and was easy to talk to very helpful. Kip, a certified arborist, came out for a free consultation. He was highly knowledgeable and extremely personable. He made great recommendations and offered in-depth explanations for his recommendations as well as answering all my questions. Kip recorded all the work that was to be done by taking pictures and marking the cuts to be made to shape the trees as we agreed upon. This plan was confirmed by me online before the work was scheduled to take place so that the work was completed just as expected with no surprises. Ricardo, Derek, and Santos performed the work. They were on time, professional, and hard working; they made quick work of the job and were careful to not cause any damage around the property. They communicated very effectively with me to ensure that they did not make any cuts that were too aggressive. When the work was completed, they cleaned up to ensure that they left the property looking better than when they came. Overall, the entire service was highly professional and exactly what I was looking for, all at an excellent value!”

“Start to finish, Neon Monkey Services was incredible. Laurie was prompt on getting someone out here for the quote. The job itself was incredible. They even cleaned up prior tree branches that they didn’t cut down. They made our yard look amazing. Huge thanks to everyone involved in this process. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tree services.”

“So glad we found Neon Monkey Tree Services! Lori was exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring that the estimate and later the trimming services’ timeframes, would fit into our schedules. As an arborist, Kip explained the issue with the large 60+ foot tall, very old tree and tailored the bid to meet our requests. Brock, Ricardo, and the crew did exceptional job and cleaned up everything afterwards. We had been so concerned about possible damage to our house due to the tree being so close and the amount of work to be done; however, there were no problems with Neon Monkey’ services! Our tree looks so much better - thank you. We highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.”

They listened, understood, and addressed all of our technical and aesthetic concerns. They have my unqualified endorsement.”
