“UPDATE: the owner of the company promptly took action on my review and we were able to get someone out to help us walk through our new stream. There were some miscommunications internally since I didn't actually purchase the stream itself, but took over the 'project' as the new homeowner. Kaili came out to help us learn our stream and was very attentive, kind, and detailed. I've adjusted my star rating to reflect the prompt response after this post. I purchased a home with a backyard done by MCM. I’ve been calling for almost 3 months to get help with the stream they installed. After my initial 3 calls, I finally received one call back where they told me “it wasn’t their project and the person who did it was going to be busy for a while”. When I requested that person to give me a call to come out for a service call, I never received a follow up. We had a text thread and they’ve left me on read the last 3 text reach outs. I’ve also sent called 2-3 times and left voicemails with nothing returned. I’m beyond frustrated. Who does business like this?? You might spend $$ for something pretty, but they will forget about you once you’re in need of upkeep or assistance.”
