“Better prices than others in the area. Had materials when they said they would. And it was exactly what I ordered. Not the WRONG material that I had to explain to customer we didn't get the right stuff and it would be a few more days. Smiling faces and great attitudes!”

I placed my order a day in advance and when I got there to pick it up they didn't have anything ready Also I was the first one there and was the last one loaded. Clearly they have there favorite customers. I paid cash for my products and was told that cash the lady who accepts cash wasn't there so I had to wait but never stated if I paid credit it would be faster. I've never heard of such a thing. Here's the topper they didn't have everything I needed I had to go look for it at Home Depot. 🙄Overall experience I'm not a satisfied customer and will not return.”

“I ordered over $3,000 of cedar before Christmas. The fee for delivery was much higher-$250 than the other cedar place but the price for the cedar was better. The delivery guy called me and I left my school to quickly meet him and show him where to put the wood. I got there and showed him and he said “he can only delivers the wood not offloads it”. I scrambled to get my neighbor to help offload. I came back after work and looked at the delivery realizing that it wasn’t right. I call Blanca who assured me it was but if they had missed something, I could get it somewhere else and they would reimburse. The store was closing in 15 minutes and not open on the weekend. I looked again and finally called the delivery guy and he said he delivered the wrong order to me. He came back and I had to help him put the order back and offload mine. I was so irritated but decided to be kind and just help-in the rain fyi. I called Blanca after Christmas to explain what he did and how ridiculous the delivery fee is. She said a blanket sorry and that he was let go. I needed more slats for my order and ordered again on this Tuesday. I called multiple times to make sure the slats were ready to go-we had to”

I especially enjoyed how all they needed to know to quote was the fence type and number of panels and they emailed a quote for brackets and all in just a few minutes! Beautiful Cedar! “Product is good if you are selective on the lumber and don't mind returning damaged pieces. However, if you call them, do not ever expect that they will call you back. I've probably had promises to call me back 10 or more times and never once received a callback from the office staff. Other reviewer on had similar experiences. They are setup for one-time phone transactions or walk-ins, but do not actively manage customers beyond the moment.”

“OK company. Front desk was good and answered all questions. Sent out damaged lumber. Had to request replacement. They need to send quality lumber in the first place. For one of the large lumber, they delayed replacement, which affected my construction. Finally they wanted to give a $75 discount, but it did never showed up on my account. Will order elsewhere.”
