“I can’t express enough gratitude to Jonathan and his hard working crew!! They did an absolutely amazing job on cleaning up my boyfriend’s backyard! I’ve never used a lawn service before and didn’t know if they’d work on crazy overgrown rock-scape yards. Riser Lawn Co was the first company I reached out to after reading other reviews. I didn’t reach out to any other company, I just felt that this was the company to work with and I was right! I requested a quote and they reached out with in the hour. They looked at the backyard a couple hours later and sent a quote. Very fast service and great communication! I was doing this as a surprise Christmas present for my boyfriend who never had time to keep up with the yard and was very stressed about the state of it and not able to enjoy his backyard. I live a couple hours away and wasn’t able to be there in person to clean it up myself. I budgeted for this but since I had never used a lawn service before, and his yard was extremely grown over, I hadn’t budgeted enough. Jonathan was extremely kind and worked with me on the pricing. Something he absolutely did not have to do. He wanted to help make the backyard a usable and nice space for my boyfriend to enjoy again. They came out the very next morning and worked six hours with three crew members to make the backyard new again! (The backyard was so so bad, it would have taken me a week to do it myself) I could not be more grateful for his immense kindness and the incredible hard work his crew did to make the backyard look so great! Even after greatly working on the pricing with me, he ended up doing the front yard for free!! What a selfless and generous Christmas gift to me and my boyfriend! He sent me progress pictures when they were almost finished and then when they were through. Again, great communication during the whole process! Jonathan even sent me information on how to keep the back yard maintained with herbicide and pre-emergent spray and how frequently to use the sprays for very easy maintenance. I just can’t say enough about this exceptional company!
