D&G Landscaping & Design

D&G Landscaping & Design works out of Houston, Texas, where they handle landscaping for homes across the city and nearby neighborhoods. The outfit concentrates on outdoor projects that fit the demands of local properties, from basic yard upkeep to bigger layout changes. Houston sits in a region with heavy humidity and frequent storms, so their focus stays on practical fixes that keep grass and plants holding up against the elements. Crews deal with the clay-heavy soil and fast growth cycles that come with Gulf Coast weather, helping homeowners avoid issues like standing water or bare patches that pop up often in this climate.

Landscaping crews in Houston face constant pressure from summer heat that dries out turf and sudden rains that wash away topsoil. D&G Landscaping & Design manages regular mowing, hedge trimming, and debris removal after storms, along with irrigation setups that keep beds watered during dry spells. They adjust grades for better drainage in flat yards and add mulch or edging to cut down on weeds that thrive in the moist air. Jobs often include planting hardy varieties that survive the temperature swings and reinforcing areas prone to erosion from runoff. These steps address the real wear that local yards take from the weather without needing constant restarts.

Customers note steady performance on timing and follow-through, with work that holds up once the crew leaves the site. Quality shows in how the results handle repeated rain and heat without quick failure, while prices stay in line with the scope of the labor involved. Communication keeps things clear on what gets done each visit so surprises stay minimal. This approach fits what Houston homeowners need from someone who shows up ready for the conditions on the ground. DIRT Score 3.96 from 50 reviews on Finds.
