“Brandon and his team did an absolutely fantastic job building our swimming pool. This was the second time we’ve used Your Great Outdoors, the first for a pool remodel at our former home, and we wouldn’t trust anyone else. What especially stands out is their attention to detail. His lead designer, Heather, truly listened to our design requests and put together an unbelievable 3-D rendering of our project and showed us exactly what our pool would look like so we knew exactly what we were getting. There were no surprises along the way. It was seamless from start to finish. We felt a part of the entire process, from beginning to end, and they even finished ahead of schedule. Your Great Outdoors has a customer for life and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream pool.”

“A Tranquil Oasis for Our Family We are absolutely thrilled with the transformation of our outdoor kitchen into a serene oasis that our family can now retreat to and enjoy. Six months ago, Your Great Outdoors completed our outdoor kitchen, and I intentionally waited to write this review. Why? I wanted to observe any potential issues and see how the company would address them. During this time, we encountered only one minor problem. However, a quick call to Heather from The Great Outdoors Company was all it took. She and her crew promptly resolved the issue, demonstrating their commitment to excellent service. If you’re considering an outdoor revamp or a brand-new outdoor kitchen, look no further than Your Great Outdoors. Heather and Brandon are exceptional! As someone who usually feels nervous about significant projects like an outdoor kitchen, I can confidently say that Heather and Brandon alleviated all our concerns. From the initial design to flawless implementation, everything unfolded exactly as they described. We received regular updates, remained informed about each stage, and appreciated their flexibility when we made changes. Their professionalism and integrity were evident throughout the process. Heather’s 3D modeling skills are nothing short of stunning. Her lifelike models allowed us to visualize precisely how our outdoor kitchen would look. She patiently accommodated our evolving ideas, making the entire experience enjoyable. “Brandon and the team did a terrific job designing and building our new backyard. They were able to work within our budget and managed to squeeze a covered patio, built in kitchen, fire pit and water feature. The quality of the work is first rate. The backyard was finished about 3 months ago, and we continue to be very happy with it. No issues have cropped up since completion, although I am confident they would jump right on it if something did come up. We love sitting out on the deck for morning coffee, an evening drink or watching a thunderstorm roll past as we stay dry. The fire pit is a great for gathering the kids to quietly discuss the day, cook smores or just staring into the flames on a cool night. I’m shocked how much we use the outdoor TV. Oddly enough, some programs are just more enjoyable outside. I’d like to get the water in the fountain pond (~300 gallons) a bit clearer, but that is my issue not the fault of Your Great Outdoors. Currently the pond is supporting several plants, a few large gold fish and is hook up central for frogs in the area.”

“Great experience working with YGO. Both Heather and Brandon were responsive to all our requests, inquiries, and questions. The experience of designing our designing and constructing our patio space was very collaborative and we were extremely pleased with the quality and aesthetics of the final product. We are looking forward to phase 2.”

“YGO completed my back yard renovation this summer (2020). Anytime you're dealing with contractors around Houston, there's going to be some bumps along the way if you pay attention to the details. YGO did an excellent job working with me to smooth out these bumps, and get an end result that we're very happy with. Throughout the job, YGO focused on making sure we were happy with the work, rather than pushing to the complete the job. Mistakes will happen - but how a company resolves those mistakes is what separates the good from the bad. YGO is one of the good ones. (Note: The thin looking Japanese Blueberry's were selected on purpose, so I can grow them in to the privacy hedge shape that I want.)”
