“First I want to say.. I know business owners are busy. I respect that, at the same time give people that same respect who is looking for services and trying to support a business. I called A + plus lawn services and explained what I needed our phone call was cutting out a little but the point got across.I ask if he had availability, he said he could either get out there that day(6/16)or the next day just send my address. ok coo. The day went on I heard nothing back after sending my address. I took it as ok he couldn't get to it.COOL..NO PROBLEM.. I said I'll just text in the morning. (6/17).. I Texted 8:44am to be exact. He replied. "Sir/maam, I will call you when I get a moment". needless to say that moment never came as I'm writing this at 8:44pm.My thing is if you can't do it,just communicate you can't do it. I understand life happens, but when running a business at least communicate to one's who is trying to get a service from you instead of ignoring all together. It's not perfessional.
