Prados Tree Service

Prados Tree Service handles landscaping and tree work from Kyle, Texas. They focus on stump removal, stump grinding, tree trimming and full tree removal. A roof clearing option keeps limbs three to six feet from structures for a set price. The business lists work in Austin, Bastrop, Bee Caves, Buda, Dripping Springs, Kyle, Lakeway, Lockhart, Round Rock, San Marcos and Westlake.

Customers describe Luis trimming trees and taking out dead branches that hung over fences and roofs. Jose Luis and his crew removed trees taller than thirty feet, planted replacements and cleared the site so it looked untouched. Oscar gave same-day quotes on risky removals where porches had been built around trunks and lowered limbs carefully over houses. Crews also took out oversized shrubs that had grown for decades without damaging foundations or porches.

Reviewers note Luis answers calls quickly and sets appointments that fit the homeowner schedule. Prices stay at the quoted amount with no added charges once work begins. Teams arrive on time, finish in a timely way and leave the property clean each day. They listen to exact requests on what to cut and what to leave, then haul away all debris.

Most feedback highlights careful handling of hazard trees next to homes, fair costs and crews that respect the property. Communication before and during jobs draws frequent mention along with crews that show up ready and finish without extra visits. One account notes delays in responses and incomplete follow-up on promised mulch. Google lists a 4.5 rating from zero reviews counted there.

“Luis trimmed several trees on my property today and did a fantastic job. He removed several large dead branches that were hanging low and touching our fence and roof. I felt comfortable working with Luis as he was very respectful and understanding of my budget. He showed me everything he was going to do with a laser pointer before he started and the pictures I’m attaching show the difference. 10 out of 10 recommend.”

“I got four estimates with descriptions of what each would do and I liked Prado’s Tree Service. They just finished and I love the work they did! Highly recommend!”

“We were thoroughly impressed with Jose Luis and his crew. He was able to quote us the same day with a very fair price. They showed up just a few days later and did a beautiful job removing our very large (30'+) trees. They cleaned up everything so nicely, it didn't even look like trees were removed that day! I have been in the nursery/landscape business for 10+ years and I know a good tree service company when I see one. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!”

“Luis and the team do phenomenal work. They pruned multiple trees, removed some large trees, and planted a new tree for us. I cannot recommend them enough- their expertise and passion for trees has helped transform our property and keep our trees healthy”

“Prado's Tree Service is my go to for tree trimming and maintenance. Luis is always prompt with communication, and when they arrive they listen to your needs and trim only what you ask. They work with your schedule and are on time. Highly recommend.”

“What a wonderful company to work with. I had 2 huge trees in the back yard that needed trimed and re-shaped to remove all the dead branches. They did an amazing job with the trees. I also had two giant shrubs in the front yard that had outgrown the space over 24 years. They worked very hard to get the Shrubs removed without any damage to my front porch or foundation. As you can tell, I'm more than impressed with this company! Thank you!😊”

“Prados Tree service performed a great service on the removal of a tree where the backporch was constructed around it. It was a risky endeavor and Oscar did a great job.”

“The crew from Prado's did a very professional job on our large oak trees. They worked very hard and cleaned up the debris each day. They were very respectful of our property and careful to not cause any damage as they did their job. The price was very reasonable and the job was completed for the quoted amount. They paid attention to detail and seemed intent on doing a good job. I would certainly use them again and highly recommend them.”

“These guys were very efficient and reasonable on cost. They did an excellent job removing some limbs and a smaller tree around my house. They also hauled off some rotted wood from my backyard. Good communication leading up to and during the appointment. I would highly recommend Prados Tree Service!”

“Great service from the guys at Prados Tree service! Fast and clean. Definitely recommend!”

“What a beautiful and professional job they did. They are so good I am willing to split the cost with my neighbors so all the trees on my corner look this good. I highly recommend this family own company.”

“Very disappointed in the service (or lack of service). I like supporting small business and in the past have paid more with small business because of their professionalism, punctuality, completing the job above expectations, and communicating well and in a timely manner, etc. They were late and Luis was non-responsive in a timely matter. It took several hours or a day to get a response. They did not leave the property looking nice in the end. They made promises they did not keep. I was told they would put mulch down around the trees and leave the area real nice and give the trees a chance to get healthy, but never did. They left dead branches that they were suppose and did not trim all trees discussed to cut. I informed Luis through text and left messages. When I finally got a hold of Luis he said he would go by the house and complete the job, They did not complete the job promised and paid for and made promises to return to complete the job, but never did. I do not recommend this company.”

“Luis was recommended to me by a friend when it was my turn to need tree work done. I gave them a call and was not disappointed. Luis came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He and his team arrived on time, were professional, and got everything taken care of. I've had friends and family ask about the work and I pass along his business cards. Highly recommend Luis and his crew.”

“Prado's Tree Service is awesome! The crew was organized and very professional, and did an excellent job on my trees. Fair pricing, too. Highly recommended.”

“The recent rains caused a huge elm tree branch to bend and break. Oscar did my estimate to cut, clean-up, and haul off the broken branch. He is professional, polite, and personable. Luis and he worked quickly to get the work done. I highly recommend them. Will hire again.”

“Oscar and the team did a great job removing a large red oak tree that was pushing on our house. They lowered the limbs over the house very carefully. They also cleaned up very well. I highly recommend them.”

“Guys did a great job and were careful not to let big branches fall on anything. Good price and responsive. Will use again and recommend!”

“This was for our son in Buda, Prados was really great Louis and his crew were prompt and they worked incredibly hard in the heat. They went above and beyond and were extremely professional. The pricing was more than fair and they didn't come back with a higher price once the work started, which can sometimes happen with other companies. We would use them again.”
