“José and his crew were wonderful!! My yard was so bad before they came and now neighbors stop to tell me how beautiful our yard is!! They did everything from trimming trees, to gravel installation, sod and even putting together a swing set!! Even after the project was done, José continues to be responsive and has come back to check on things and help me out!! I would highly recommend them and I will use them for all of my yard needs!!”

“Jose and his crew did an outstanding job on our deck. They exceeded every expectation, and his attention to detail is truly unmatched. Even with the off‑and‑on rain, he delivered exceptional work. I’ll definitely be using him again soon.”

“My wife and I have only super positive things to say about TopGrass! We had got several quotes from other companies, only TopGrass gave us prices for options. We are not rich by far, so when you receive quotes for 10 grand from all the others and then TopGrass gives you one for close to 10 and another for around 6 grand you ask why. Long story short, we liked them right out of the gate. Anyway, we could have either Cedar or pressure treated. I get it, but having the ability to choose means a lot when money is tight. So after discussing with my wife we went with TopGrass. They are super efficient and keep a clean site during the construction phase. Jose is a super nice guy to work with and even when I changed my mind on a gate placement, he was so accommodating and professional it took me a second to remember that there are contractors still out there that want to do the job right and work with the client. His crew is fast and they get the job done! If you are in search of a good home grown company that will take care of you and is great to work with, look no further. Go ahead and meet with others first, then call TopGrass. I bet you will work with them. Thank you again TopGrass fo”

“Jose did an excellent job with our metal tree rings and lead walk! He is very reasonably priced, communicative and easy to work with. Several of our neighbors have stopped by with compliments on the work and we are very happy with the result!”

“Absolutely thrilled to have worked with Topgrass Modern Landscapes! The deck is beautiful, their workmanship is top level, and they were very professional. They worked really fast without cutting corners or compromising on craftsmanship. Jose is very skilled at his craft, great at communication, and very kind. They really went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier. Would absolutely recommend this team for any deck or landscaping needs.”

“Truly amazing team, at a very affordable price. The front porch they did for me turned out absolutely amazing, super professional. Also great communication and quick turnaround.”

“TopGrass is AMAZING. José is knowledgeable, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. He listens well and is ready to offer advice but also willing to work with your ideas and come up with solutions together. The whole team was hardworking and respectful of our property. Their pricing is reasonable and the most important part: they do GREAT work!! They installed 6.5 pallets of St. Augustine in our backyard, completely redid a native flower bed for us (including irrigation), and moved several sprinkler heads into more optimal spots in the yard. They did all this in 2.5 days, working through drizzle to ensure that our grass was installed before another big rainstorm passed through. (Saving on that initial water bill, woohoo!) There are too many good things to say about José and his team in this review, so suffice it to say that my husband and I are over the moon with both the process and results. We have remodeled several homes and have worked with a LOT of contractors and TopGrass is easily one of the top 5 contractors we've ever worked with. So glad we found them!”

“My daughter found Top Grass on Tik Tok and saw that they do great work. This is after we got screwed over from the last landscaping company. Top Grass came out and quickly gave us a quote and got started. They were here every morning through out the week and completed everything within 2 weeks. I am very satisfied and happy that it is now complete.”

“Jose did an amazing job on my front flowerbeds! He leveled the weed barrier, added beautiful new plants, and finished it off with fresh mulch. His work was not only reliable and efficient, but his pricing was also very fair. I’m so happy with how everything turned out and highly recommend him for any landscaping needs!”

“Very reasonable pricing and we were able to talk thru my project online! I needed gravel brought in for a small area in our garden for new raised beds. They were able to match existing gravel, were on time and were very tidy. Can’t recommend enough!”

“Top Grass was soooo amazing to work with! They were flexible with timing and very communicative throughout the entire process. They did an amazing job on our front yard, so much so that we also asked them to install grass in our backyard! Would recommend them over and over.”
